My card has been charged twice both with incorrect amounts. Also the battery died on the truck while I was using it. I was also told I would be getting a dolly and there was no dolly.Caroline S.

But they did not have the reservation. I was told that the web site does not work a lot of times. He told us the website showed a truck at location #2. Nope. Truck was not there and told website is bad. Location #3 said there was a truck at location #4. Well, they were closed, on a Wednesday at 10am. So, go back to location #1 and a customer just happened to be turning in a truck at that very moment.Kevin N.

The front desk person should at least offer or check to see if a dolly or blankets, any accessories are needed for safe transfer of furniture. Nothing was in the back of the truck. Very disappointed with thisLeslie T.

Make all chargers clear!We were told,If we bought truck back full of gas we wouldn't have to worry about millage charge!Anther employ was working when we turned truck in!He didn't know anything about what we were told&charged us per mile!😪Michelle C.

Bad tires on the truck. had a blow out and damaged a smart TV, coffee table and a few other things broken. Was not told insurance was available . Could not get transporter because system was down nationwide . No compensation for the delay.& inconvenienceBessie L.

When I walked in, i started getting questioned as to why i need the truck for 2 days, then told I needed a bigger truck for the size of house I was moving. I knew exactly what i needed and rented the size of truck i needed for the time i needed. This is not my first time moving or using a U-haul. It may be my last. I don't need someone who has no idea of what I am doing trying to tell me what i do and don't need. Learn to trust your customer, we are the one doing the move and paying.Troy C.

Vehicle was dirty And needed vacuuming and wiped down inside. They lied about how much gas I returned it with and charged $20 plus for gas after we put in 5 gallons for a 28 mile trip Very dishonest business practices and I would never used this location for anything. They were condescending in tone when they returned my call about this issue and I told them they were dishonest. They said they do not try to be dishonest - so I assume it is only natural. Rent at your own risk. Insist on a full tank of gas when you rent - their ability to read a gauge is very questionable.Jennifer M.

Nothing. My first time renting. Well...there is something you can do-you can keep that kind "young man" that ran the place today. What an efficient, great personality, and humorous gentleman. He adds a lot to the business. He even called me to verify that my mileage was correct-he thought there was an error. I'll rent from him ANY DAY!!Etheldra S.

Tracy saved the day and was able to find me a moving van fast! I 'reserved' a truck online a a different location then drove 6 hrs to move my 87 y/o grandmother. When i arrived at the other location, ( Bastrop, LA) not only were they closed, but had no trucks. Help your customers by doing away with online reservations! Please! Your online inventory is NOT ACCURATE.Robert C.
