STEPHEN RTruck was not gassed adequately, and I was told there would be extra miles added because I had to go out of my way to pick up the truck. I was charged for extra mileage at drop off, as well as extra gas that I shouldn’t have been. Called haul to complain and received no reply as of yet, disappointed at how expensive it was to use a truck for under 7 hours. Would not rent again.

Robert KStering need adjustment, I had to constantly ajustement to the right and left while driving. I would do a long trip with it. The brakes also need adjustment.
Claude HA month in advance I went in person into Cornwall dealer to arrange for truck. I was without a vehicle so planned to accompany family member to Cornwall( 45 km commute) and get dropped at UHaul dealer there. Two days before, receive a call saying must pick up in Russell Ontario (25km away) and was told that pick up locations can change. I was inconvenienced to drive family member into work to have car, pick up 2nd driver, go grab UHaul in different location and return to house, then go back to Cornwall to pick up family member after work. Uhaul stated wouldn't charge for extra km to get truck, but what about the many extra km and gas spent on my borrowed vehicle due to this change of location. Very bad practice. Russel pick up location was very dirty, trash everywhere behind the counter and hard to think this is a place of business for an international company. Lot was so packed that couldn't even stand far enough back to get 26' truck picture within the required frame borders on the app you have to complete. Sadly there are few choices to rent large trucks for moving for 1 way rental.

Andrew BExcellent service. Tail lights weren't working because of my truck, not their trailer. Knew exactly what it was from experience. A trailer tail light fuse that I didn't know existed, but is a common problem. Fixed it for free, despite already staying after hours to finish the rental. Great people. Highly recommend, and will be back again someday.
