I dropped off my pickup to have a hitch installed and left it for a full week. I called the location on the day of pickup just to find they had not done the installation. I grabbed the truck and hitch they provided and ran to a parts house to buy tools to do the install myself only to find out the hitch was wrong. This caused me much grief and the dealer didn't seem to care.

I needed to do the 24 hour online pick up. The site was down so I was 1 hour and a half later than I wanted to be. I man came in and out of the building while I was in front panicked and in the rain and said, "sorry lady, cant help", and left. I finally got it to work after several tries. I noticed the fuel in vehicle was not full and believe I was probably charged more than I used. I dont have the fight in me at this point to care. I just wont rent again.

I was surprised to find there was no record of my reservation after the original uHaul location did not have the trailer size I reserved there. The original location called me to say I needed to pick up the small one at Tracy's. Tracy's did not receive the reservation she stated. The young lady did complete the documentation & I did get the appropriate size trailer.

Your online site stated there was on open flat trailers so I booked a truck. When I got to Tracy's they had a regular closed trailor so I went with that. Maybe have your website reflect the actual inventory per location.

The inside of the truck was clean, windshield was too dirty to be safe. The gas was delivered between 1/2 and 3/4, but the paperwork showed it to be 3/4. I returned the truck with over 3/4 tank, and was charged for not returning with 3/4 tank. Gauge may be inaccurate---

the truck was in good shape, no governor, radio and ac worked, truck didnt begin to shake at 65 mph, much better maintained than previous rentals the rental location was staffed, but the staff was no where near the desk, both on the pickup and return, i arrived at the desk and had to call the office phone to get someone to respond

I signed a waiver acknowledging the van I was renting yesterday was damaged when I picked it up. There was no explanation of the damages, so I assumed the marks on the vehicle were what she was talking about. After returning the vehicle, the woman I returned the car too said “we were all good”. Later that afternoon I received a receipt saying that I was being charged for the damages to the vehicle. I feel like I am being completely bamboozled by your company and being taken advantage of. I drove the van to and from an empty parking lot transporting mountain bikes for my friends. At no point whatsoever did the van come in contact with anything at all, which my passenger can attest to.
