At first glance the truck was clean but when i went to make sure i hadn't dropped anything i found trash under the seats and the previous rental paperwork. The truck drove great but after you get over 60 something above the cab vibrates very loud. The place i dropped it of was very professional and outstanding but trammells is a big noMark A.
I have not recieved my deposit yet and it has been 9 days! I called last week and was told a check went out last week. Today 6 days later I was given a # in Tulsa to call. Called them 2 times and was told that the check went out yesterday. So now I am told that the deposit went out in a check form ( originally taken from my card) yesterday, 8 days after my truck return. So I am going to assume I will never see my deposit again. My advice to others is to charge interest on your deposit or even better don't use uhaulRachel W.

Truck was not available to pick up on date of reservation. I was given a lock code of BOLT. That was not the code as I learned the next day to pick up the truck the lock was set to HOOY. I lost the help i had lined up that night so had to get a room plus hire another mover the next day since the one I already had for the reservation date was unavailable for the next morning. The location was rude to me the next morning acting as if I just didnt know how to work the lock when in fact the word BOLT didnt work on that lock which was only admitted by them after me asking for the lock to prove to them the word didnt work.Susan D.

Your App did not work and I was unable to pick up my truck the day I needed. I had to wait until the business opened the next day to pick up my truck. I spoke to your customer service for an hour and they offered no help. I work in the IT business and you should never roll an application out if it is not robust and works. This was a big time hassle that caused me to be inconvenienced.Mary L.

Staff was not accomodating at all. I had reserved dollies and pads, none of which were available when I got there. I said it would have made things much easier for me if someone would've called so I could have planned accordingly, but he just rudely said HE should have been called (whatever that means). I would have cancelled the entire thing but I needed the truck and I couldn't find one elsewhere. I found pads and the dollies at a different location in McAlester. I rent with UHaul quite often, and still will, but definitely not at Trammell's.Darrell P.

The mirror on drivers side of truck was loose the tires on front end shook at 70 Mph the box was dirty had to clean it before loading. This was not fault of the location in McAlester, Ok as the truck came from another location in Longtown Ok.DAVID W.

The only reason I would not recommend this location to a friend is that the man that checked me in and everything was not very friendly or accommodating. As a woman who has never rented a U-Haul before, it was a bit daunting and he was just not very kind or helpful.Robyn B.

Neither of my trucks were at the pickup location confirmed on the customer service line. I had to go 50 miles out of my way and rent a hotel room for the truck dispatched from Henrietta OK. It was also supposed to be in McAlester OK. The Traffic Team is outstanding but your logistic system is horrible, and does not provide change info in a timely manner without consumer initiation and followup. THAT was a nitemare on both trucks! No fault of this locationJILL B.
Personnel was gruff and not customer friendly. Told me that since I had not folded pads, uHaul allowed him to charge $25 for refolding them. He did not charge since I had only used half of the pads.Karl C.

The furniture dolly had some sort of oil all over the bottom of it. I cleaned it best I could and covered it with masking tape and it worked fine.TIM C.

The gass tank had a hole in itand it only had 1/4 of a tank if it was full somone would have caught this and after I found the leak it took me $160.00 TO fill it back up this was a dangerous miss for me and my small kids stuck on the interstate 45.Paul P.
