The young lady working there was awesome. I booked a 15' truck but when I got there, that truck was out of service due to mechanical issues. I was upset that I wasn't called the night before as promised to confirm my rental because it could've saved me 2 hours Saturday morning figuring out an alternative while my movers waited. Like i said, the young lady working at this location was really nice and she was trying to figure out something for me while still dealing with the gas station customers and other U-Haul pick ups. She called the customer service number twice to verify my booking and inquire about alternatives. They had a 26' truck available -- which was considerably too big for the amount of stuff I was moving -- but she called the support line to see if they could give me that truck at the same price as the 15' which they told her was okay. So I left the yard driving a BIG truck which i only filled a little over half full....but I got a truck!! I wish I had gotten her name because she was really great at multitasking and had patience when there was a line-up at the gas/convenience store and a few people needing to pick up UHaul trucks & trailers.
Joelle SPerson just kept staring out the window left me wondering what procedure was to return. Could not do a self return because the app kept saying something went wrong try again later. Still don't have a receipt.

LLOYD AThe trailer wasnt big enough for the f150 i was going to transport, it was an 18 hour roundtrip for nothing. No refund no customer support, couldnt drop the trailer off in whitecourt and take a dolly due to my contract, it was the worst experience ive had and i will not be using or recommending u haul to anyone
Kayle TWhen I took it back nobody called me the next day. Tell me nothing and just tried to charge my credit card without telling me the amount. Poor service
JAMES MPersons 1st check in and didn't know how to hook up the equipment so I had to do it, but I know there is learning curve to every new task.
SHAUN WRead your confirmation carefully! Don't assume the equipment will be located where you think you ordered it to be!

Do Not Contact Me Again , I Am Reporting U Haul To Better Buissines Beaurow . Very Angry With This Ripp Off Company !!!!!
