We dropped off our 26' truck at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday as their hours stated they were open at 10:00. Nobody was there, only a sign stating to drop keys & paperwork in drop box. It made me nervous because we rented furniture blankets & I didn't like the idea of leaving an open truck with items we are responsible tor, but we did.

Well the drop off location isn't an issue but if you miss the turn in a 26 foot long truck you might end up being a little late to drop the truck off and they will charge you for a full day even if your only 12 minutes late and the place is t even open for customers for another 18 minutes...

Have rented a uhaul several times in the last year and a half. I always use the Cottonwood location. I won't go anywhere else if possible. They are the friendliest and most helpful staff . It's always hassle free and stress free.

Explain the trailer will pull more stable and less noisy once it is loaded. Pulling it home really gave me anxiety. Once it was loaded as Your tube rrecomnended. 60/40 it pulled like a dream. I have a Highlander and I couldn’t tell I was pulling a fully loaded trailer behind me . 2000 miles !

Had a bad experience, trailer I was scheduled to pick up was broken down and sent to another location only to find out they closed by 1230 noon, then had to bacl track to another location to pick up trailer, but uhaul always makes it up to you and treats me great , not necessarily uhaul fault, was uhaul sublet shops fault

I had some issues with warning lights going off for various reasons, I called U-Haul to report, was treated with excellent customer service and after talking to mechanic was assured I would be able to safely arrive at my location, which I did. I also received a call while on the road to make sure all was well. Kudos to U-Haul and their staff!

U-Haul Could not get into truck via app for 3 hours, so I changed reservation to following day. U-Haul changed the pick up location on me in the middle of the night, then also tried to change the drop off location after we were already on our way back to the original one. To top it off they over charged me. Thanks U-Haul for making our moving day a nightmare

I was incorrectly charged because they mixed up the numbers on the odometer when documenting my mileage traveled. What would have been 69.1 miles looked like almost 800 and I was charged $981.42 when I should have been charged $130 (which I calculated myself) I was then charged another almost $860 fee that was later waived but I was told I need to “wait a few days” for my claim to process so I could be reimbursed on the other transaction. When asked what my actual total was after dealing with the issue in the phone off and on for 45 mins I was told they were still working on it, but never gave me a final price of what I should of paid and what I was getting back, so I told Denise I would be calling her every day until she can verify what I should of actually paid, what they are going to reimburse me and when it’s expected to happen. My account is overdrawn and I get charged $35 a day for late fees. Which I feel should be covered by uhaul because it was an error on their behalf. Tomorrow will be 3 days my account has been overdrawn which is $105 of late fees, I didn’t have money to buy groceries, I had to borrow money for gas just to get home and I had to cancel my dr appointment due to lack of funds. I am absolutely disappointed with the service and the way it was handled.

Terry and Alicia are very professional, helpful and provides exceptional customer service. The tire that had a slow leak was easily responded to. This is the only problem with the trailer that was not well maintained. This couple works well together and has always supported our needs for rentals. Thank you very much for what you do! They are always helpful when I go in. If they don’t happen to have what I’m looking for they check local areas for me and let me know if they can get it overnight. I’m picking up or dropping off there very helpful making sure that things are done correctly so I’ll be safe on the road will definitely come back. I will be more than happy to refer them to other people I know.

The windshield wiper blades were less than satisfactory. These are VERY IMPORTANT on a very rainy day during a two hundred mile road trip! The rental experience itself was quite pleasant, very nice couple!

They were very helpful setting we up with a truck to pickup items from Home Depot. Went out of their way to make this happen. Used them several times over the years, each time was a great experience.
