Can was filled with potato chips all on the passenger seat, the key was jammed in the lock box and had to be forced open to even get it the key, caused an entire hour and half delay to the day, this was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone

It would be nice if the trucks can be inspected in the cargo area before leaving with the rental during the winter or even when the ground is wet/muddy. Where the trucks are parked it is difficult in snow to get to the back of the truck and take a photo due to the slope of the yard where the truck backs the apartment building next door to the location. It’s not the safest place in case of a fall to get behind it and for shorter people they can’t get to the cargo area to lift the door open to get the photo required. Overall, it was a great experience!

I called and spoke to the gentleman who handles these U-Hauls and he was very professional. On return I was able to complete all the steps necessary and provide the keys into the Dropbox for a seamless drop off. Although I didn't interact with him in person it was definitely more seamless than picking the U-Haul up from a place that I had to get it from.

Cell reception was weak which made it difficult to upload the pictures and information. Also received the wrong code for the key box. Took over half an hour to pick up vehicle. Very frustrating. Called the U-Haul helpline, Trey was incredibly helpful and friendly.

My rental was missing the dolley and furniture mover. It made moving a little hard on my helpers
