The Location was not convenient for us. There were not many location choices in our area to pick up a 20 foot truck. The standard response was: 1. No 20 foot trucks are available at this location. 2. U-haul will take care of this for you.

The person in the store had no idea as to what to do and didn’t even know where to park the truck
Dan HThe clerk at this gas station and convenience store allowed customers buying drinks, snacks, and other items to continously cut in front of me during the U-Haul check-out process. It took about 30 minutes for him to issue the truck to me due to all the starting and resuming of the process. He was a friendly guy but I would have preferred he finish the process in one fell swoop. The truck was clean and new, so no issues with the equipment.
Duke RIt was a gas station with UHaul parking in the back. It wasn't a full service UHaul location.
Christian CThe guy at the gas station doing the rental called it in. They asked him if I wanted insurance and I told him no and he told the man on the phone no. And I was charged for the insurance!!
Peter GWorkers at the gas station had no idea how to help me with the uhaul rental. I downloaded the app and did it much faster myself.
Brandon TI didn't know you charged so much for gas. Even fill up the tank I did not like that charge. All of the charges seemed okay. But can you look into since I returned the trunk sooner is it possible to reduce the charges made to me?
