I will never rent from U-Haul again. The fact that I have rented to U-Haul in the last two months and been charged double for a smaller truck when I was told that my pick up location that my mileage would be refunded if I didn’t use the allotted miles which I came in roughly 88 miles under the allotted mileage And still got charged full price plus a cleaning fee which they did refund because as I told them we put like 10 boxes in there with a blanket. The area manager for this area is of no help whatsoever and I will never use U-Haul again and anybody that brings up U-Haul. I will do it my justice to make sure they do not not use U-Haul. This is a racket. This is greed. This is price gouging hope this gets to somebody that really believes in customer service but I can say from the three people that I’ve dealt with so far with U-Haul that is a lofty expectation Again will never and I repeat never use U-Haul and I have three family members that are moving to the beach I will pay extra to stay away from U-Haul and it’s brand

return of truck was fast and easy
BOBBY ALet me explain the ownership that was running a convenient store out the front with a U-Haul company in the back. So I sat there for 2 hours minute by minute as he was alone and could not deal with my prompt reservations. In a 2 hour delay on his part. Finally you downloaded the app to take pictures of the rental to insure no future damage based on the app with the picture's. I took all the pictures the app required. He gave me the keys finally and began to drive off the lot. I got in and preceded to leave and I checked my mirrors to be in alignment to be in a safe mode while driving. I looked left to insure visibility was good. I looked right and noticed there was no mirror at all was attached to the vehicle and was completely blind sited on the passenger side and if took that vehicle on the open road. The passenger door lever was completely gone and could only access from the outside the truck. I am an accident injury, attorney. And I have pictures to prove that the owner or franchise owner of that U-Haul entity knowingly and willfully allowed my family to rent an illegal vehicle that was not road worthy and illegal to rent according to safe vehicle rentals policy in the term and agreement and liability to customers. I have pictures. So we can resolved this dispute 2 ways? I want a full refund for the incompetence and liability that you caused my family and I to proceed to With An illegal vehicle. I expect Arbitration with this claim and your liability . If not fully compensated due to your negligence of allowing an illegal vehicle on the road with unfair safe practices with indisputable Negligence practices. I look forward to your response.
