I ordered to pick up a truck in Pineville NC where my storage was on Lancaster. They said there was no truck available and I had to go miles out if route to get one. When I arrived at the Lancaster Uhaul there were nearly 20 15' trucks just sitting there. There was one 4 miles away and they said they can nit shuttle it for me. Man Uhaul has changed. And the $50 is a joke. No one ever gets that and one day Uhaul will be sued for it. Just wait and see.
