The truck did not drive right. It was a terrible experience and I will not use U-Haul again.

While the attendant was friendly during pickup, the check-in process with UHAUL was awfu;l. The pickup took and hour and half due to having the take multiple pics of my license. Not to mention I had to call customer service to have them change the pick up option which contributed to my wait time. Nothing was explained to me and that the truck had to be returned on the same level of gas when I returned. Overall I would not be using this location again and. I was very dissatisfied with the entire process.
Thomas MI request a truck with a ramp, and I also request a hand truck neither was available. Then I asked the guy at the register if I could rent some blankets. He told me I did not put that in the contract, and he was not able to provide me with any. It was a really bad experience at this location. I not saying I would not use U-Haul again however this location was the worst with satisfying my needs.
Juanita SI ordered to pick up a truck in Pineville NC where my storage was on Lancaster. They said there was no truck available and I had to go miles out if route to get one. When I arrived at the Lancaster Uhaul there were nearly 20 15' trucks just sitting there. There was one 4 miles away and they said they can nit shuttle it for me. Man Uhaul has changed. And the $50 is a joke. No one ever gets that and one day Uhaul will be sued for it. Just wait and see.
JACOB CTeach your clerks English, and how your system works so they understand what a reservation is. Also was very put off by all the questions about my friends contact information and other personal info that was unnecessary and intrusive.
