The girl that helped me was very rude and didn't seem to have time to look up some information for me when I called and asked her why my account was charged 81.00 instead of 40 something that I was suppose to pay. I don't know the exact amount because she told me she'd have to look it up. But she wouldn't do that to give me an exact amount. She was very rude and unwilling to answer any of my questions and assist me.donna H.

I would tell a friend to rent at a different location if they care about being treated like they matter or are looking for good customer service. The attitude of the staff is that the uhaul customers are a nuisance to them and are treated very rudely and as if it's a bother to their day. I wont rent from this location again, if I have to interact with the staff.CHAD M.

Truck was not clean inside - had not been swept out. Requested equipment was not all at this location requiring additional travel to get it (appliance dolly). Fuel level in truck on pick up was at 3/4 not 7/8. No one from pick up location was available to do vehicle inspection with us. Pick up location was ~45 miles from original rental location causing us to exceed our mileage quota for the trip. That last fact was not the fault of the pick up location but of the corporation.Clell F.

The agent I spoke with on the phone was dishonest! He said my total was 1 thing and when I went to pick up the truck it was $100 more. He also told me that someone would call me to confirm my reservation. I never received a call. He also said that I would receive 1 month free storage and if I hadn't moved in by Sat 1/26 they would call. I didn't receive a call and was charged for a storage unit that was suppose to be FREE and that I never moved into. The stores are far better than the telephone reps and I'll think twice before me or any of my family will use Uhual again. Moving is stressful enough and being lied to makes it worse!bonnie P.

The staff, especially Holly, was incredible! They went out of their way to help us after Rod's Towing did us wrong. We were told that we would have to go to Pine Bluff to rent a truck that we reserved 5 days earlier but the folks at AAA found a truck in the area, serviced it and allowed us to rent it. They saved us many hours and hundreds of dollars with their professionalism, resourcefulness and willingness to help a stranger from Texas. Their kindness and willingness to go far above and beyond in customer service is greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. AAA deserves the highest possible rating - FIVE STARS PLUS!!!Ted W.

The persons were friendly but not very helpful. The car tow they assigned was in mud and behind other trailers I had to move out of the way. The unit was also not accessible where you could back into it and just hitch. It also had to be dragged out of the mud and aligned up. Luckily a 3rd party offered help.ROY C.

I had to drive 60 miles to get a uhaul so that I could move. I booked my truck 3 weeks in advance and was told they over booked. I had to take off work to get the truck because of this. Not impressed at all.Alyson R.

I was issued an appliance dolly that had a short strap and could not be used There was confusion on me using a truck deemed For local use when I needed to go across state They did not have a furniture dolly on site so I had to go purchase oneTIM B.
The covered trailer was dirty. The packing blankets I reserved were not packaged and were folded in a sloppy manner. Also, the agent didn't open until 9:00 in the morning - not good for people who have a lot to do over the weekend. Overall, I think U-haul should consider taking this agents license.Ryan L.
