The location wasn't the problem it was changing my complete reservation. Different pickup location and my details. My reservation was changed from one way from yuma to Phoenix with mileage and 2 days moving to $1.00 a mile and I was charged for 3 days rental even though it was returned the next day on schedule. The truck was dirty no rental equipment. My original charge of $170 was changed to $380. The uhaul locations need to be more up on policy. Check the truck in when it is dropped off not 2 days later. So now I sit here waiting for a big corporation who has my money held hostage to try and figure it out why it try to figure out how im going to buy food since you took an extra $200 out of my bank account. That's the very short version of a completely messed up reservation you guys made happen from a simple 1 way move from yuma to Phoenix. Awful customer service.

Trucks alignment was out, also a quart and half on oil . Truck was so under power . A real joke of a truck . Barely went up a hill

I was told I would get an email with directions on how to open the lock on the door because I was picking up when they were closed. I never received the email. Fortunately, when I called the 1-800 number the man on the phone was able to get me the code after about an hour of trouble shooting.

This was the best experience I've ever had with Uhaul, which is saying a lot because Ive utilized Uhaul 20 + times in my life (including 2 cross country moves). My experiences have pretty much always been good, but this one stood out for 2 reasons. First this was the quickest / easiest pickup by far. The gentleman who helped me had me checked in, paperwork completed and on the road in a matter of minutes.... no joke, less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Second, the man who helped me ( can't remember his name but he was the only person there so should be pretty easy to deduce who he is ) was friendly, efficient, and explained everything very well. Thank you for the great experience.
