Trailer door had an issue opening and closing. Door jammed part way open. Customer Service did manage to get it looked after with a road side service call which was good. No trailer available to swap.

I had an issue with the battery of the U-haul, but that had nothing to do with the staff. They just advised to file a complain or contact directly the company.

Clean the windows of the vehicle, change the location so I don’t feel like I am doing a drug deal, explain that the truck is miles and not kilometers. The vehicle was tidy but needs a deep clean, the mechanism for rolling down the window was broken client representatives could care less about explaining anything and listening to our concerns. Poor customer service and won’t go back to this location.

The truck in back was not swept out. Someone had parked a truck blocking my truck and I had to wait until after 8:00am for someone to come take it away so I could leave.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me attach the trailer at pick up and detach at drop off. However, I only got about five minutes away when the trailer fell off the ball in the middle of traffic. Luckily someone pulled over to help me and I returned to the location to have the wiring replaced. After that, there were no other issues.

Upon returning the truck, gas was half full and the attendant asked if I had filled up. I told him that I was told I didn’t have to. I told him that it was three quarter full when i started. He checked on the system and said it was full when I started. I had the choice of leaving it as is and pay 109$ or fill up which I did, which cost 97$.

The engine seemed a bit rough or maybe the drivetrain? I do realize most folks probably bag these vehicles and thats a shame. Good experience and I would probably rent again.

Picked up the truck all seemed good. Before I even left the parking lot odometer went up a mile and also the gas moved way off of full within about two blocks almost to 7/8 of a tank mark. I filled it up anyways and when I brought it back the guy didn’t seem to care. I would say I got screwed out of about 10-15 bucks in gas. The mile I get but would maybe suggest starting the count up a mile when someone picks up the truck to avoid someone feeling burned as they pull out of the parking lot.

I booked for a Steinbach pick up, then they called me the last minute to pick up in Winnipeg. The price was a lot higher for a trailer than what I was quoted. This seems to be the way this company operates. I booked a truck to be picked up and dropped off in Morden the following month. They called me after everything was booked and changed pick up to Winnipeg. That would be an extra 300kms. I will not do any business with u-haul in the future.

This was my first time renting at that location. The rental cabin was very dirty; the rental box floor has not been broomed. I will not recommend it to a friend as they were late, by one hour, to provide me with my rental. They promised me a reduction of $50 on my final bill; this has not happened. I will not return to this location for all those reasons!!!!

The 15' trailer I had reserved was not honoured and Uhaul told me they can modify the reservation. The trailer was not sufficient for my needs. This was the location Uhaul required me to use and was not the location I had selected. Neither the location nor equipment was what I had booked. The sites do not seem to have anything to do with Uhaul. Overall, the service provided by Uhaul was unacceptable.

The trailer had been damaged at the rear door with a hole through the door. It was noted when picked up, the attendant hooking up the trailer had to pull it off another trailer that caused the damage to the door. Since it was just a local trip only need the trailer for a couple hours I didn’t mind it.

The passwnger seat belt wouldn't lock securely,so my wife was worried the entire trip. I was told they were aware of this issue,but there isn't enough maintenance and repairs being performed. Also I was charged more than my bill stated. The employee wasn't up front with rhese overcharged. I was just told Id be relieving an email. I think rhats kind of shady and cowardly not to mention any extra charges amd instead sending it to me Via email so I was not given the opportunity to dispute said charges and or question them in person.

I can't suggest any improvements. The booking was fast and easy, the location had a good selection of well-maintained vehicles, and I was promptly served and well looked after. I will definitely be back, and will recommend this location to my friends, family and colleagues.

I had very disappointing experience with this U haul location. At time of registration they gave me fuel credit of $53 if I fill up fuel up to quarter so at the time of submission I filled fuel of $50 in it but when I went to surrender the guy was different. they actually haven’t given me any credit and charged whole bill. I ultimately loss extra $55 for the trip.

The place is very busy but only one guy was here to exchange coins for washing station and complete u-haul paper work and equipment providing. I would recommend to install a coin machine and separate employee for u-haul or better two since it's to much work just for one person.

Uhaul had stains all over the dashboard and was dusty. It looked like it had not been clean. Customer service was poor, arrived for my scheduled pick up and the uhaul had not been returned by the customer who had it before me. The clerk just told me it wasn't here and just continued helping other customers. I had to ask him if he could call the other customer and find out when the uhaul would be returned of if there were any others available. Would not recommend.

I was able to book the truck the same day which was great. Location was great for me. Customer service was good however I was told I would need to put $25 of gas into the 15ft truck and only travelling 20kms… The truck sat at just shy of half a tank. I feel like this was manipulated to get me to add unnecessary gas to the tank. The needle barely moved and I filled it with $12. The truck gears were very finicky getting into reverse. Air conditioning worked okay. The storage area was not swept out, but I swept it out to avoid getting charged a penalty. Should have been swept out for me before renting. Dropped off the truck, quick and easy, no inspection was done but I was billed appropriately- emailed bill. Pros were quick pick up and drop off. Cost overall was good. 15 ft truck with 19 kms mileage used - gas put in- 6 hours use. $92 - good deal. Would I use this location again -yes I probably would.
