The app for checkout was awful. I also managed to fill the gas tank more than what was asked and then was slapped with a cleaning fee when I can bet that whatever sweeping done was fairly minimum. It was 2:00AM at the time we returned it. It wasn't like we could exactly see and the lighting inside the truck was all that great.Tyler R.

My big concern was that the reservation guy Mike did NOT tell me that this site did not have Auto Transports and I had to drive 6 miles to another location. I would have thought that with a month's notice you should have had all the equipment at one location for me.Danny L.

It was very time consuming to pick up and drop off and ive been charged 3 times 3 different amounts with no settlement sent to me. I have rented several times and this is the first time i was disappointed. I will call during business hours to find out why ive been charged so many times and why the changes in price. We did not open and inspect the trailer before leaving. When we did open it, there was what looked like chunks of mud and grass like from a lawnmower all over inside. This is the second time we've rented a trailer that is not cleaned out. Last time was glass and random screws and washers. The app was a horror to use. It stopped working and had to restart the entire order. Got called the next morning asking why we had 2 orders. Then when we got to the pick up location, the app still didn't work and loaded very slowly. Some guy came out and I'm not even sure if he worked there, and started yelling at us for using the app saying we should do business face to face. He said right off the bat we were going to be charged more for using the app which didn't make me happy. He then told us our truck was on the other side of building and after checking every truck he was wrong it was parked on the other side, so at this point I was pretty pissed off. I had the truck for an 1.5 hours and put 15 miles on it. When I got the truck back, cleaned it, and locked it up and put the keys away. I log into the app to see it wants like fucking 7 pictures and it's too late I already put the keys away. So then I called U-Haul to only be transferred to someone with a 2 hour wait. The next morning I get a bill and the lady charged us 15 dollars for cleaning because there were foot prints in the back of the van. Not happy with U-Haul or the staff at the pick up location.Adam S.
