Improve your 24hr online pick up experience. Did not work. Ended up having to call in to have customer service register my pickup of vehicle. Drop off experience was equally as difficult as picking up. The inside of the truck was very dusty. Not clean.

Was charged for overage on miles...surprise, since I was suppose to drop off in city where I was moving then it was changed. What a hassle using uhaul has been.

In the middle of a computer upgrade, took an hour to get set up and another 15 minutes waiting for delivery truck to move so I could get out. Clerk tried hard to help but also manages USPS in store. Price was WAY HIGHER than I had expected to pay, daily rates are misleading since they don't include millage & gas! Sorry, wasn't a good experience for me this time.

The young man that serviced my rental went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Great experience. There was, however, a grouchy old lady that gave me some attitude about me having come in later than my requested time. To me, that time is the earliest I might want to pick up my rental, not an appointment. I would rather not have to deal with this lady next time.

The young man who helped me on that particular morning, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He explained the rental agreement very well and checked our vehicle before we we're on the road, which was quite fast. That gentleman, J think was awesome!! Thanks, will definitely recommend that location to others.

Full-time staff to actually be at location during printed business hours. Fill in person did not have training or knowledge in actual corporate policies. Pretty annoyed to be told that we would NOT be charged until drop-off and only a hold on the debit card, which of course was false. Our intention was to pay cash at destination, and should be a corporate change in policy.

Truck was dirty and cab of truck reeked of marijuana. Truck was not well maintained. Drive from Prescott to Apache Junction was scary to say the least. Truck shook substantially...steering wheel and whole cab of truck shuddered/shook when accelerating and when up to speed. Overall drive condition was not acceptable for a 100+ mile drive down a mountain. Make sure the truck is clean, and in proper working order. Not knowing if the truck will make the drive is not acceptable

When you pre-pay online and then your change to a different facility that's out of your way and then that facility charges you more raises the price of the U-Haul rental that's pretty frustrating

The parking lot is pretty small. Likewise the market is small. There's not always a U-Haul person on staff. But one can just drop the trailer off. Because it has the parking lot is situated it's difficult to get the trailer in if there are a lot of customers for the market. But the staff will be happy to move your vehicle and Unload the returned item. The location is approximately 4/10 of a mile from my house. I used that drop off location for convenience

...Twin Lakes shouldn't be renting equipment on Sunday without trained personnel...one employee in a convenience store just doesn't cut it...he really couldn't handle the rental, the gas station and the store all at the same time...

I returned the trailer near closing at 4 PM on a Saturday. The location is a gas station that has a few U Haul trucks and trailers. There was only one person working and he stated that he had not been trained on any U Haul procedures and complained about being left alone in the station to fend for himself.. I had to unhook the trailer myself and was finally able to get him to take the trailer off the ball as being 73 years old I was not about to injure by back trying to lift it off my hitch.He apologized for not knowing anything about the procedures but that was more his problem than it should have been mine. They probably don't do much business with U Haul but it was a far cry from the professionalism I have experienced at all the other U Haul locations with the exception of where I rented the trailer.

This is the second cross country trip I have made in the last 2 months.I had troubles with the 1st trip and was contacted by the AZ zone rep and was told to contact him on my next trip and he would arrange a proper vehicle and trailer for me.He ( Felix) did just that and set me up with a newer Ford F650. Things went so well I arrived 4 days early! The truck ran perfectly,was able to haul the load as well as my 1965 Ford truck on a trailer behind it.The facility I picked it up at was very professional,the manager came out and assisted me,they had the trailer hooked up and connected to the truck (not so on the last trip),went over the features of the truck and I left there in confidence. Totally professional.After arriving and unloading I returned the truck to a location of my choice set up when I picked up the truck/trailer.They were very nice and took care of my return in a very efficient manner.I was 100% satisfied with this last trip. Uhaul steeped up to the plate both times and I'm extremely happy with the whole situation.A big thanks to Felix and the staff at Twin Oaks.

There is nothing to be done to improve the location. Being on a round-about will always mean some difficulty entering traffic or turning left against the traffic flow.

We were shown the out side of truck didn't think to look under truck. Well when we returned it we were told the muffler was ripped off. When I looked it seemed to be bent only? Don 't know how or when this happened, but I had to pay the deductible of $150.00 dollars. Wasn't very happy but I now know to look under anything I rent.

Make sure you keep the location that the customer picks and also the time!! I did the online application for a reason! The first location I picked was for a reason... they opened at the time I needed to pick up the truck, the location you sent me to did not open for another hour and a half! The truck smelled like a cigarette factory, one of the tires was nearly bald and by that I mean the tire only had 2/32 left on it!! And then when I dropped it off the guy made me unhook the trailer I mean seriously what kind of business are you guys trying to run!!! And to boot the driver side door leaked on me for a good three hours while it was raining!!! Not so great job uhaul!!

The staff member on duty was very friendly and helpful. I know he was the only one working but did very well with regards to customer service. Prescott is not known for its customer service skills but rather the lack of. I was very pleased to be served by someone who knew the meaning of customer service.

Our original reservation was at a different location but they messed up and rented the trailer to someone else. We were told we would receive a $50 refund due to their mistake but so far this has not happened. Waiting to hear from someone for a resolution.
