If i come inside to pick up my rental then why am i doing all the work in the app. i don't work for you. I understand the ability to do that after hours, but to have an employee tell me to just do it on the app like they have something better to do at 7am is unacceptable in my opinion. When i dropped it off, the guy came out and did everything for me. that is how it should be. No app BS during business hours.

1.) Staff could be more informed with proper detail concerning the storage unit.
Example(s): a.) lock with key will be inside the unit once you have a method to break the seal on the unit AND a method to open the lock and key packaging.
b.) know and tell for absolutely sure which building has an elevator
2.) The insurance coverage for a vehicle rental "SHOULD" be a ONE-TIME-CHARGE. Not EVERYDAY. People will STOP getting the insurance all together.
Matter of fact: May I please be reimbursed for day two of coverage that I did NOT agree to? Thank you!

The customer service was great, even with the system not working properly the gentleman that helped me was great. My issue is once I opened the back of the truck when arriving to pack it I came across a cockroach. I get that some people are just gross and the person that rented it before me was ultimately responsible. I am just looking for a discount of some sort for the rental for the inconvenience . I can provide a picture of the roach but its squished because I did not want to lose it somewhere in the truck.

Reserved vehicle was ready even though we arrived a little early, staff is very helpful and friendly! The Uhaul app didn't work all that well, froze a couple times, but staff was right there to get us on our way. Apps can be helpful, but nothing beats good old-fashioned face-to-face human customer service!

The staff at this location was exceptional. I've stored since 1989 at different place's and states. The staff at 714 Wyoming Avenue Kingston Pa was by far the exceptional. The facility was well kept and I always felt extremely safe at this facility which was really important to me since it was like my home away from home. I highly will recommend this facility!!

It would be more convenient if the phone line could call directly to the specific office. It always went to a central call center. They said they would leave messages, but I did not know whether they made it through or not. But the staffing on site was great, very professional, and everything was always clean and seemed very safe.
