Get staff that are not rude, maybe even courteous. To say that the lady working had zero customer service skills doesn't even cover it. I will never rent from this location again.

While driving to this location to drop off truck I get a call asking me to drop off at another location 30 miles away. I was already very close so that was a no. Then when I get final bill y’all charged me .99 for extra miles?? I brought back a clean truck with more gas than I picked up with and two days early, y’all have the gall to charge me for going . 9 miles over. Google maps puts my trip at 113 miles, with the added 35 for change in pick up location that is 148 miles. You only allowed me 138.

It need work and as soon as pull out the gas went down 1/4 of a tank I don’t know what happen or how but I didn’t even drive it 3 miles and it did that

Have a truck available. I reserved a van, and when i showed up, i was notified Uhaul had taken the van from this location. I had to rent a bigger box truck and it resulted in a larger expense.

I had my stuff in storage at the facility and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. The staff was always kind and helpful. My belongings were never touched or rummaged through. I felt very comfortable leaving my things there

They were closed despite a sign saying they should be open. I had to disconnect the trailer and move it into a spot. Then I had to download app to check it in. Then I had to take 6 pictures and upload them. All of this over cellular which took more time.

I received the truck on Empty with gas light on. Was not expecting that. The check-in process was not as smooth as video makes it seem. Not sure why there was additional step to confirm my identity??? Fortunately, my brother heard his phone ring!

The Uhaul system did not alert me when reserving the trailer that this location did not stock blankets. Had to go to another location to pick up the blankets for the move.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for husband by bringing him 2 bottles of ice cold water because he was having to unload the uhaul truck in our storage unit by himself til I got off of work! She brought him to tears just by that that act of kindness!

I turned the truck in when no one was there and because the U-Haul app would not locate me . And they charged me for fuel and I have a picture of the fuel gauge at full and I know it was full because I put to much in at the station to the point were I couldn’t add any more I prepaid and could not put all that I paid for. I will never recommend this place for drop off or storage . I’m extremely disappointed and I sat on hold . With U-Haul and requested a call back only to be called back and put back on hold then asked if I wanted a call back again and since then I have not heard a word. I’m done with U-Haul and the way they treat their customers.

No one was on site. I ordered a truck from a different location but was sent to this unmanned pick up. It took about 45 mins in the heat to figure out that the app wasn’t going to work and I had to call the uhaul service line. That took longer. Finally got the truck to begin moving. And the Dolly I ordered wasn’t on the truck. I contact uhaul and they tell me I can go pick one up from another uhaul site. Which didn’t work. So I had to go buy a dolly. Then when I turned the truck in I called uhaul about the dolly and they told me they would call me back in 3-5 days. Wow.
