Front desk person was pretty unfriendly, was charged for extra gas,I returned it with what I picked up with..no place to park had to park across street in church lot..probably wouldn’t rent from this location again and would not recommend… You asked…..

The facility in Acton was great. The drop off place in Cypress was a joke. I was instructed to back the trailer across the parking lot between 2 other trailers. So I did Then they sent a young lady to take the trailer off my truck. She was very pleasant and was able and willing to help. However, she had been given no information on how to get it off the trailer. She tired to lift it off. Not a chance. I told her they used a dolly to put it in my hitch. She went and got a dolly. She had never been shown how to use it. Management’s fault!!! Also several other people had issues there while I was there. They could take lessons from the place on Acton HWY in Granbury Tx.

The outside was peeling and ugly. More importantly, the inside floor had old grease all over it which we did not realize until unloading and our furniture and boxes had grease all over them! Very much a mess!!!

The location is recommended due to the proximity to Pecan Plantation and their availability of rentals. The grounds where the rental is stored is not paved and is uneven. Not that big of a challenge, but when returning, you are forced to back it in approximately 50 yards into an unlit area. Additionally the rental had windshield wipers that were inoperative.

It's not a big problem, but I picked up the truck and went straight to my home, which was less than a mile away. We loaded the truck and came to our home, which is 2 miles from Robert Lee. We unloaded the truck and brought it to the drop-off spot in San Angelo. Was charged 7.9 miles extra.
