Matt HOnly issue is they changed our pick up place and it was 30 miles away and it made it difficult for us to pick up in time
brandy mNo signs for U-Haul or drop off. The receptionist thought we would be credited $40/day early drop off by telephone, equaling $80 for same day vs 3 day one way travel. We called next day and we’re told that doesn’t happen! I rushed to get the truck there by 5:25 due to office closing at 5:30!!! If I had gotten a speeding ticket after the phone call U-Haul would be paying it!!

Pablo RDo not recommend dropping equipment off at 1829 w North Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Horrible experience there! Very unsafe location which had no staff on site. I had to find another location to return the truck. Uber refused to pick me up at the North avenue location.

DAVID GYour app is awful. It was the most stressful part of this rental that caused nothing but stress and frustration. The staff at my location was wonderful though overcoming your complete failure in using technology.

Mitzi PMy confirmed reservation made a week in advance was for a 15’ truck. When I arrived that equipment was not available. U-Haul was able to provide at 10’ truck from the same location, which is why I gave a 2 star rating vs 1. I would not recommend U-Haul to others as the lack of confirmed equipment seems to be a recurring theme.

THERESA VHad troubles reaching the internet with my phone which made it take longer to do the online check in. I expected the truck to have a full tank of gas and it only had 1/4 tank of gas.
Mark SGentleman there was courteous and helpful. He talked to me with ease when Uhaul schedulers completely messed up my reservation. I wish I had his name. He was wonderful in a difficult situation.
Bridget DU-Haul system was down and it was a nightmare to pick up my reservation. Had nothing to do with the location. It was U-Haul’s system nationally.

Edward GNo truck was set up for my rental, the truck wasn't cleaned or reset prior to my rental, and none of the equipment (dollies, etc.) I needed was there. If it wasn't for the customer service center, I would not have been able to rent at all. Terrible experience.
