No signs for U-Haul or drop off. The receptionist thought we would be credited $40/day early drop off by telephone, equaling $80 for same day vs 3 day one way travel. We called next day and we’re told that doesn’t happen! I rushed to get the truck there by 5:25 due to office closing at 5:30!!! If I had gotten a speeding ticket after the phone call U-Haul would be paying it!!

Mitzi PMy confirmed reservation made a week in advance was for a 15’ truck. When I arrived that equipment was not available. U-Haul was able to provide at 10’ truck from the same location, which is why I gave a 2 star rating vs 1. I would not recommend U-Haul to others as the lack of confirmed equipment seems to be a recurring theme.

THERESA VHad troubles reaching the internet with my phone which made it take longer to do the online check in. I expected the truck to have a full tank of gas and it only had 1/4 tank of gas.

Edward GNo truck was set up for my rental, the truck wasn't cleaned or reset prior to my rental, and none of the equipment (dollies, etc.) I needed was there. If it wasn't for the customer service center, I would not have been able to rent at all. Terrible experience.

ROBERT TThe staff member who assisted me with the pickup was fantastic, but I had a horrendous experience with the equipment. Firstly, I was unaware upon pickup that I would need a special 7 blade to 4 prong adapter for the lights to work. After a special trip to AutoZone with 3 young kids in the car, I returned to the pickup location only to find that the rear drivers side light was completely missing from the trailer - as if it had been ripped out from the housing. With no time left to spare I had no choice but to proceed with the damaged equipment, which was dangerous and unexpected. I think the right thing to do in this case would be for UHaul to provide some sort of reimbursement as I have essentially paid full price for incomplete/faulty equipment.
Michael TVan was in great shape, almost brand new and very clean. Staff was amazing, very helpful and courteous and helped answer any questions. Pick up and drop off was easy. Will rent from here in the future.
