The drivers area was clean. The inside of the truck was pretty clean but smelled of marijuana very bad. A couple residents commented on the smell as I was loading up my boxes for my move from my apartment complex.

Went into the Fenton location on Thompson road and reserved the 10ft truck. I explained to them why a larger truck would not work. Within two hours, I received a call from uhaul office telling me they are going to upgrade me to a larger truck. I again explained why I needed the smaller truck. I received more calls from uhaul telling me that I was going to get an upgrade to a larger truck. It was getting ridiculous and I didn't kno until the day of pick up that my truck would b available. This will probably be the last time I rent from uhaul. I will go back to home depot for my rentals. The ratings above are for the Fenton location and not uhaul.

It was a little confusing to me when I went to drop off the key, it sounded like it was saying I was going to inherit other costs if I don't use the app on my phone to return my truck. It was late and I was tired from working all day and so I went back and loaded the app did all the things that was asking me to taking pictures back and forth. And then of course I had put the key in my pocket after I was distracted doing all this and drove all the way back to my house at midnight and after and had to drive all the way back since I forgot to leave the key there. Originally I was told as long as I had it back by 8:00 or 8:30 in the morning everything would be good I said I should have it back by that night. After I loaded everything in the app it's telling me my bill was more. I'm not sure if that was due to when I was turning it in but I did not have it more than 24 hours. It has been taken care of, I received an email with a bill this morning which was the correct pricing so I don't have any problem. It was just confusing to me. Service is great the lady was great taking care of me and the truck was in great shape. Thanks

Make sure the inside has no blood or anything from prier customers. The truck was filthy gross when we got it, we took pictures then cleaned it before we dropped it off.

Took the truck at 3/8 of a tank, drove about 23 miles total, put $10 bucks in the tank and got charged $10 bucks for gas. I called and asked why, as I took a picture of the needle and I returned it the same. The representative said “you took the truck at 3/8 of a tank, and returned it just over 1/4 of a tank”. It's almost laughable because a little over 1/4 of a tank is in fact ... 3/8 of a tank. I'll just go with a different company next time I move and I have already told this story to everyone. It's not the money, it's the principle. Hard to believe a company this big really needs $10.

Had to drop uhaul off where we picked it up, that's ridiculous, just to charge for extra mileage. The person in the office was unable to explain the charges, and just wanted to pass the buck. We will never use uhaul again

Some of the rubber chain/hook retainers are in need of replacement. Personnel should inspect these more frequently.

Unable to adjust side view mirrors. Windshield wipers need replacing! Fueling program favors Uhaul, not customers. Loading ramp was binding while resetting into vehicle.

Only complaint I have is when I reserved my U-Haul, I was not contacted by any employee in regards to where the truck would be. I drove to three (3) different locations before someone who worked at the storage place called to see where the truck was located. It was not delivered to the location that I had requested and I had to drive an extra 30 miles (all together) to go get the truck. People request the locations for a reason, and that is so we don't have to pay extra miles. Not to mention that cost me more in gas and moving is expensive enough. I never received my $50 reservation fee that U-Haul promises if they do not contact you.

Vicky at the Thompson Rd, Fenton Mi site was extremely patient and helpful when setting up my trip. She kept me informed and followed through with all details, even notifying me that the truck was there a day early. Pick up was quick and efficient. Also when I needed additional supplies later she had them ready when I came to pick up. Would highly recommend this location. Outstanding experience.

when ordering a trailer on line from a particular location Uhaul should make sure that when the randomly change the pick up location to make sure the customer is aware of the change. I didn't look closely at the email and it was changed. Also when a customer orders a certain size trail you sould ask before just assuming that a bigger trailer is better for the.

I was supposed to return to Glennie Michigan and they where closed for business so I should not be charged for more gas because o had to take it to another place 50 miles away , I had enough at the glennie facility but had to go another 50 miles out of my way due to them being closed
