ROBERT R.I had a reservation for 10:00. I arrived at 10:05 and no one was there. I called uhaul and after a 20+ minute hold time the response I received was “it says they open at 1000†this was no help to me. Someone didn't show up till 1045 and took over 20 minutes once I was there to get my reservation pulled up. I was offered no help in getting the trailer hooked up and then they argued with me and told me it was my responsibility to provide the extension for the lights. This locations customer service was horrible but as bad as it was Uhaul's was worse. I had a very narrow window to work with and getting on the road 1.5hrs late made me miss the window I was given and now will cost me more money. This experience has turned me off of uhaul for any future needs.
