Upon arrival, I was greeted upon entering the store. The guys were nice and explained the U-Haul process. This experience was 10/10.

Kevin HI used the no contact pick up option and it took a while before my equipment was available on the app. Then the first truck I got, the door would not close fully and I had to drive it back to the location while holding the door closed so that I wouldnt fall out of the truck. The second truck that they swapped out for was okay, just burns gas alot faster and the needle moves alot which makes it hard to return the truck with the same gas level. I only used it for a few miles to move decorations from my home to a hall for an event.

Store very clean & orderly with wide range of equipment needed to make moving and packing easier. Only thing please let others know if they are ordering on line that they will need actual drivers license, when they come in for pickup ,no digital drivers license accepted. I recommend U Haul for your moving source, dependable, clean & reliable vehicles, best prices and quick professional service when calling.

Warren HHad a resevation at 7650 airline hwy to find out when i get there is no appliance, furnature dolly. i was allowed to reserve it but they did not have. this put me in a bind. asked attendant if they could help me find another store with the needed dolly and was told no. after sitting out in parking lot making phone calls to find another 26' truck at 13151 flordia blvd when i get there i was told again no dollies, so i look around in lobby area and see appliance and furnature dolly and ask about them the attendant their did not know they had dollies in there own lobby.In the end i was able to get done what was needed after the aggravation of dealing with a poorly run business

Robert HTry to increase employees understanding and concern in your customer service area towards your customers. I never spoke with an interested employee until I got to the actual facility. This is really bad for the majority of your customers as they don't know the business and are at the mercy of others who just don't care. Thankfully I have been in the business and could maneuver around the stumbling blocks of your customer service area. The general public cannot. They wanted to send me on an additional 50 mile journey to drop off the vehicle when the drop off was only 1 mile from my destination. Thankfully someone at pick up knew how to play the system and get it back to customer friendly and that is why you got a good recommendation in this survey!

Everything was still in track from day one, down to a half a load wheat bread sealed in a bread storage container still good (no mold) after being in storage for 8 months, however we didn't eat it because of safety precautions. I put the gas back where it was when I got I it, I left the truck in the same condition I recurrences it, I returned the dolly also, and I even returned the truck hours earlier then when it was due. When I returned it all the guy did was take the key and said that was it I could leave.

They are the best at thier jobs and should pat themselves on thier backs for a job very well done. My wife and i escaped from the wrath of Hurricanes Laura and Delta in SW la . to a new beging in Baton Rouge. And the UHaul team made our move like it was made for the movies. JUST AWESOME.
