I also asked for a refrigerator dolly with the wrap around belt extra length, I received a two-wheeler suited only for boxes. I paid seven dollars for a useless dolly that stayed in the truck.

I wish they checkout had tap-to-pay capabilities but they were able to let me enter my card info manually since I couldn't to tap to pay so it's no biggie, just took more time. The cashier in the building was awesome. She was so friendly and helpful. Had me laughing and it made for a really enjoyable experience. Staff definitely deserves some Kudos!!

Michael BurbaI was displaced by a fire, and had to move immediately, this was a convient location for me to travel to, when needed to add or retrieve items, I decided to remove my items from storage due to the escalating cost, and most of the items being stored was not of any use to me, but I will recommend, and use U haul services again if, and when needed.
LACONIA YOUNG | Overall ExperienceI have used U haul services over the last few years, either renting their vehicles, and using their on-site indoor climate controlled storage facility, both were great, I had no issues, I just recently removed all my items from storage, due to escalating cost of the storage rental, other than that, all my interactions were professional, andcourteous, I would use their services again, or suggest, if, and when it's needed.

Mason Morgan1. The drivers cabin stunk with pot smoke. Had to wash all our clothes twice to get rid of the smell. 2. Marked as 1/4 tank of gas, but was on empty when we picked it up and the gas light went on 2 miles from the uhaul location when we left. 3. The dash had almost every waring light lit up, this vehicle was in no shape for renting. If I wasn't just going very few miles, I would have never used this truck.

The only hitch was during the day of pickup from my home, the driver arrived ten minutes before my scheduled pickup time and I was rushing to finish packing the last bits so as not to make them wait too long. Other than that little hiccup, absolutely wonderful!!

Yet thankfully, the associate had informed me to confirm the number on the key matched the letters in top right corner of the truck so I could a few spots down rather easily. The truck was clean and in good condition. I had no issues or concerns, it's the first place go when I need to rent a moving truck.

Kellie Richardson | Overall ExperienceWhen I "reserved" the unit, I "reserved" a first floor unit. When I arrived, I was told reservations aren't actually reservations at all, but just give the staff a heads up that someone wants a unit. So I got a second floor unit. Then, when we went to the unit... it was locked for non-payment and full of stuff. So we were moved to another unit. That one was free, I put my lock on it, and left with the trailer to get the items we were going to store. Upon arrival and unloading the trailer, came to find out the staff put a SECOND lock on the unit, and they were gone for the day. I received no call alerting me of this. Called the after hours help line, and they tried to offer me the first unit again... which still had a lock on it. After 20 minutes of not being able to find a solution, we just said to cancel the unit entirely. When then had to RELOAD the trailer (that I was supposed to drop off that night), and then take it home to try and find space to store the items at home instead. No other concessions were made or anything offered to try and help with the situation. I will be looking to see about returning the trailer to a more local U-haul, as it will cost me more gas and time to have to make yet another trip out there that I wasn't expecting to make. The entire experience has been awful, and I can say for certain I will never rent anything from this location again.

Ultimately the reason we elected to move our stuff out of UHaul storage was bc when new management took over, I believe his name is Matt he put our account on autopay without our consent. We got it taken off and let it slide chalking it up to a mistake. It just recently happened again, without our consent to do so which is required according to FTC guidelines. We were fully aware of what late fees would be if we failed to pay on time and we’re ok with paying those fees and were at a full understanding that those fees would not be waived. It was a very frustrating experience all the way around after Tina relocated to another store to say the least. I would recommend UHaul but not the Glenway Crossing Location.

I entered store just to request amount needed for a 10x10 unit, and seemed as if I needed to provide all my information again, even though it is the same information from last week. I don’t like to see people waiting in line, so i decided to just keep items in my garage. I really like all the employees but it just seems they are always busy

This was not my first time of using Uhaul and I felt bad being treated this way. I believe I deserve an apology.

Everything is a huge inconvenience when I finally needed a favor of a lost key and needed a lock cut off. I spent 5 years storing here and was on time with payment consistently until I deactivated a card. I will Never Be back not store with uhaul again. I am thrilled to be gone and will highly recommend to others on social media do avoid at all costs. Do better.

Joel Henkel | First ImpressionsWhen I went to this location to pick up my rental truck and set up my storage space I asked the employee at the desk if the truck and storage space size I reserved were going to be large enough for the items I was moving. She reassured me that both were adequate for my needs but both the truck and storage space were entirely too small. This problem has now led to me still having the truck rental past my reservation because I have no space to put the rest of my items. When I called the office to get an extension on the truck rental I was told no and that I would be charged a $50 fee. I am now on day 2 of the truck rental and am still without a storage space large enough to empty the rental truck. I cannot afford 2 storage spaces or to have the rental truck another day and it is creating a problem with me getting help physically moving since this has turned into a 2-3 day move. I need assistance from someone who is able to help me resolve this issue without paying a ton of fees and locate a storage space large enough for my items. Thank you

I had a uhaul padlock that was unused. She was the one who sold it to me but wouldn’t take it back and refund my money. She was very rude about it. There was a dissatisfied customer who left right before me also. I will never use uhaul again.

carrie meyer | Overall ExperienceGiven my experience I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, I relocated to Cincinnati and needed storage and selected U Haul based on name recognition and made my reservation on line, When i arrived i was quickly greeted by Matt who had a big smile and welcomed me to his facility, The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quickly got me checked in, There was an issue since the size unit i reserved wasn't available but Matt quickly fixed that, He rented me 2 units that equaled what i reserved and to my surprise that solution worked better. He really knows what he is doing! Additionally the space is kept clean daily, access is easy and everything you store is secure.

mary garman | First ImpressionsI paid too much for having it over a year. Didn't get what I paid for. i rented trucks often and never got a deal or given a break. I paid well for my storage and didn't get the same treatment as a customer. I paid all my months ahead or signed up for auto pay, and they would withdraw money 3 days prior to due date and still charged me a late fee every month except last two. I call ahead the day I move out so they could stop auto pay because it was withdrawing like clock work 3 days early every inspite of paying late fees every time. so when I arrived at my units I had additional locks on there, and had to fetch someone to remove them. I wasn't given a proper reason why they locked mine up.

Larry Richard | Overall ExperienceI have been using uhaul for years and give you a ton of business by referral but this time we rented a storage unit and were charged a bunch of fees and could not make partial payments online. I tried to call constantly to work something out. Finally i was given an option that fees could be waived but i had to move out same day. It was ridiculous and stressful and im not sure why you wanted us to move out. We were only the current month behind by 15 days. Just maybe next time work with people and dont be so eager for them to move out. We were under coronaviris quarentine and you people were so rude and didnt care about that at all.
