I arrived 3 minutes before they closed. I had already parked in the part where the trailers are left. I went to the store to ask for help since I couldn't remove the trailer. The worker told me to bring the trailer to the front and he would help me there in less time. Within 1 minute they closed the store and left. How could I disconnect the trailer and leave them in the area he indicated so I could leave and he didn't help me. They should hire better staff. The trailer was left in front of the store, check the cameras and send the boy to put it in its place accordingly. They all passed me by, ignored me and left in their vehicles.

Mia NMy experience with U-Haul was the worst I've had in my adult life. I am absolutely fed up with the lack of communication from your U-Haul. I have been waiting patiently for a response, from the store's Asst. Manager to the President of the company, for the last 3 weeks but it seems like my messages are falling on deaf ears. Do they even care about your customers? I reached out to them with serious concerns and inquiries that deserve a timely response. Yet I was left in the dark, feeling completely disregarded and disrespected. Is this how U-Haul treats their customers? I expected better from a supposedly reputable company like U-Haul. The complete silence at every level was not only unprofessional but also downright saddening. Their negligence and lack of follow-up is truly disappointing beyond words. The level of rudeness from both the Manager (Noel) and Asst Manager (Britney) was beyond belief. If this is how you handle customer service, then count me out as a future client. U-Haul has lost my trust and respect through this blatant disregard for my time and concerns. U-Haul may have some great worker at this location, but the management is awful. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would.

Don BEvery time I rent a truck you charge me for gas or something . Every time it’s some additional charge . This time was the worst because I drive 15 miles and got charged for 191 miles . It was partly my fault because I didn’t check nothing or take pictures and the odometer was wrong . I knew they could have checked the mileage history to correct this but they didn’t just charged me . I rent from U-Haul a lot but not anymore . I believe that you are training your employees to do this . .If you get a dollar extra from every customer that adds up to be millions .

Jesus DAwful service gave me a car that didn’t match the plates I was supposed to get Service is ghetto, unprofessional, chaotic. There is no order to the line. I had to go back 3 times to the counter to resolve issues with the vehicles, including non working air conditioners and broken glass while inspecting the vehicle. This place is awful. I wouldn’t rent from there for free.

carl bI pre setup my pick and still had to go inside for the keys. I waited I line wasting 30 minutes when that was 30 minutes could have been spent driving the U-Haul to the needed location. I received the wrong vehicle and was told in order to put me in the correct vehicle they would have to cancel my reservation and start over. I told them no. I was scheduled to be done at 2 pm. When I realized @1-1:30 I wasn’t going to make in time I called the support center I was told I was going to be charged an extra $20 for being late of the return and it’s up to the manager on duty if they would charge me if I was 15-20 minutes late or 30. I tired to get transferred to the store and talk to somebody. Nobody answered so I call the support team again. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for coming back @2:30. I was told two different information from two different people and can’t even contact the location I’m renting from. Never again.
Christy MEmployees were quick to open additional lines when the lines became long. The employees were professional and didn't sacrifice their level of service in spite of the long lines. This is a very busy location. Attention is needed to guiding customers where to park to reduce congestion on the lot.

Carlos VPlease get these good folks some help. They need so much more staff there than they have. It is ridiculous you expect such a few people to do so much work and juggle so many responsibilities. I was there on time at 7am for my hitch installation appointment. The parking lot was overflowing with uhaul trucks beyond belief. They were trying their best to get trucks ready to rent out, service customers at the front desk, and do my hitch install. They did a great job on my hitch install but I was there from 7am to 1pm before he could finally string together enough time to get it done. Please hire more people for this store on Jimmy Carter Blvd!

don pI was told to have access to the storage till 10pm, unfortunately it was not true, the initial rental was only for business hours, and was very inconvenient for me, as I had to take a day off from work in order to put my things in storage and return the rental truck before accruing late fees, I work from 5am-5pm, and I had no other choice but to loose a day from work in order to get this done
LUIS V | First ImpressionsThe manager Mrs. Brittany was incredibly helpful. I had an issue with the odometer in the vehicle I rented. I forgot to take a picture of the mileage initially so when I returned the vehicle it read I drove a 146 miles which was incorrect. My house from U-Haul was 5.5 and from my old house it was 4.5 miles. After I drove to a storage facility in Sandy Springs which was 8 miles. In short after adding all of the miles driven I drove shy of 50 miles. I was super frustrated not with the price but the principle. Mrs. Brittany over and beyond to help me resolved this issue. I am definitely a happy customer and I would rent from this location in Jimmy Carter Blvd again

Lastly the unit was “air conditioned” I had a small unit on second floor and quite a few of my things were moldy. I don’t expect to use this facility again due to too many inconsistencies.

The rep was told I need to fit living room furniture in the unit. when I got there they said my reservation was for a 4 foot storage unit which is basically a closet. Previously I made a reservation in Laurel, md. For july2nd. When I got there they said the truck was in Washington DC. I drove there only to be sent to the heart of Baltimore. I ended up driving to 5 different locations before getting the truck then another location for the car tow dolly. Then when I got to the drop off location after driving 750miles that was attached to my drop off/storage location, I was told that I didn’t have a reservation for storage and could not drop off cause they don’t take one way trucks. I showed them the information but they said they couldn’t find it. When I left and went to a public storage and signed the papers I got a call from someone saying they “found” my reservation and to come back. Public storage was already closed so I couldn’t get my money back. This was after paying $150 in additional cost for the public storage that I didn’t even want. After calling and speaking to several reps I was told the drop off location in my records was correct so I went back. The lady said, “I don’t take one way trucks and equipment but I need it so I’ll take it!” So because she needed it was the only reason she accepted it. Such a disappointment cause I’ve spent well over1,200$ in the last month with uhaul only to have my furniture and other items spread all over Atlanta because people can’t perform their jobs properly. To say I was inconvenienced would be a drastic understatement. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Had to hire movers to load my stuff into their storage units, unload them and then load into my new house; cost me $4,000 extra! The storage units had holes in them! My stuff was soaked, mildew filled & full of rat turd!! STAY AWAY FROM U- HAUL IN NORCROSS, GA!!! Considering a law suit.

So, the Manger, "Noel," from the Norcross location just gave my boxes away. No call, no warning at all!! He is an uncaring awful human being. I had to hustle to find same-day movers, which I did. But sine Noel gave away my boxes, I was screwed. Sherry Cox was amazing and was able to get us a storage unit. Sherry should be the manager!! ALL STAFF WAS GREAT accept for the Manager Noel! He was terrible.

I reside out of town and when I would come back in town to retrieve merchandise from my unit, I could not gain access because she constantly changed my access code on the gate without notice. It got pretty expensive to have to stay a extra night on three separate occasions when I was trying to gain access after store hours, and wasn't given a adequate reason why I access code was changed on so many occasions.
Francias C | Overall ExperienceYou have an employee Her name is Pondra, that was forcing me to buy insurance on the storage, when I had previously talked to 2 different people that didn’t mentioned anything about an insurance, she said I had to purchase insurance since I was getting the first month “free” for he storage and then she got upset because I asked to talk to her manager Noel Marin. Also the unit I had previously “reserved” #1020 was an occupied unit and we found out until we got there. Then I had to comeback to the office to let them know. They took a long time to find out what unit was available because I told them I had seen unit 1018 empty and I wanted that one, but they said it wasn’t available (an empty unit). They didn’t give me that one. Then I finally leave the office with a different unit # and they didn’t give a new gate code, so I got lock out outside the gate because my previous gate code didn’t work anymore after they changed my storage unit and the truck was inside already the storage area.... well, I had to comeback to the office AGAIN and everybody was gone so, I had to chase them down to get them to fix my situation. So once inside your employee Pondra was very upset because it was past 7 pm and they were still dealing with “ME” but she didn’t want to help me with anything, she totally ignored my previous request for help when I was inside the office. She pretended that didn’t see me and pretended to be busy, even when I tried talking to her she will answer “hold on” and disappear and stay outside talking with people. Finally they figured out what to do with the gate code and made me choose a new code number, so this time I asked Somarion to walk with me to the gate and make sure I had it right. And while I was dealing with this whole situation Pondra was rude to my son, she asked him to move from in front of her because he (my son) wasn’t supposed to “see her counting the money”... note: he was sitting on the customer area, just waiting for me to finish and she was inside the employee side and she had the decency to ask him to move from there and she told him “he wasn’t supposed” to see her with the money YES just like that. It was a very frustrating experience that took almost 2 long hours to complete and get right. I was really upset!!! You need better and trained customer service in there!!!

I had some trouble with access to my indoor storage unit the last time I was there and had to wait for someone to help...I was told I was the first one to access the indoor units that day so my code wasn't opening the doors and they had to be opened by a manager, seems odd for a facility that is supposed to have 24 hour access.

Per the general manager he couldn’t assist me with the phone call after he helped he was gone for the day. During what looked like a high traffic location at 11am. He could of been more helpful in the situation but he was rude. After dealing with him he left a bad taste in my mouth with Uhaul. I will use my free month with my UHAUL rental and move straight into a Public Storage. Units are “supposedly climate controlled” and dirty.

Grapevine location did not place the tire rubber stoppers on the auto transport (services I paid them for) and the bottom of my vehicle was cracked and dragging on the ground preventing me from driving. The Norcross location, was very nice and helpful. I can appreciate customer service experiences like this. I am grateful to them.
