So the truck was dirty inside with pet hairs and reddish powder on seat, with brought this to the repres. attention, she did nothing! The engine light came on in the middle of my trip to Schaumburg IL and YES it’s been reported and Pics were taken. Also, they held me back 30 minutes at least because they cldnt get the insurance info together! I had to pay EXTRA to my movers for this huge INCONVENIENCE!!!!

Paul MMake sure the reserved trailer has functioning lights. And when you swap trailers make sure you change the contract in your system. Especially if you’ve given the customer a hard time with picking up the trailer. And finally when a customer pulls into the drop off area to return the equipment, tend to that as soon as possible or get another employee, don’t continue to unload pads off a 26’ truck. I will only use this particular location if there are no other options.

TIMOTHY HThis location was not convenient for me since I live north of Chicago and this location is south of Chicago. Just getting 24 hours notification was not ideal. My original pickup location was Morton Grove. The woman who was working there when we picked up was very professional and nice. The location was my only issue, otherwise the store is nice.

Sean HI arrived to my appointment early but did not leave until 2 hours later because the woman at the desk did not know what she was doing and there were no managers on duty or available for her to get the help she needed. I had to call the uhual number and submit a complaint before I could get any help. The woman over the phone who called in regards to my complaint was very helpful and got the issue resolved in about 5 minutes but the emotional & mental toll that the initial 2 hours of nonsense was absolutely insane I will not be booking with you guys again.

When I got to this location (which was given to me by the rep), I was told that units are not rentable over the phone. There were no spots left except one too large for me (the rep on the phone told me they reserved a spot) I came from Wisconsin and I was stuck with the U haul truck for an extra 24 hours. I paid more than I ever intended. Thanks for that UHaul! Never again will I use your service.

Terrance P | Online Move InGetting the truck and storage was easy, fast & convenient. Tried to do it online but the size I wanted wasn’t shown as available & when I tried to call the hold time was up to 1.5 hrs. So went to the facility to get truck and add storage which I would’ve had to do anyway. Good rates. Good customer service from rep. And staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
