Aron WoertinkThe gas light was on when I got in the vehicle. So I was constantly playing this game of trying not to put too much gas in it. It made me really tense and was extremely unpleasant. But everybody was really nice otherwise. Vehicle was nice and the service was fast.

Darwin MiniseeI just hope the company can invest in a fence to all locations that don’t have one because we noticed that when we were going to get our van the gas tank was open and it did not have gas but they gave us another van with gas because the los Feliz location got hit and it not ok fare for the employees and the company to have to threw this . I hope that get done but I am in the future will be using U-Haul for sure..

Martha RuizFar and away the best U-Haul of the many I use around southern california. I literally drive by two large U-Haul facilities to go to the one on Fletcher. The trucks are identical, but the service is superior in every way. This team absolutely shines.
Mark PalmerI had rented a 5x5x7 storage except the storage unit was on a second level above ground. All of the 5x5x7 were on the second level above ground. It was physically impossible to store a refrigerator and a stove on that level. The units that were on the ground floor were easy to access except they were only 5x5x5. I couldn't store my refrigerator in that space. It was extremely inconvenient, I had to spend money on gas to get to that location using the uhaul truck that i had rented. It was a waste of time and money. I expect my refund. I hated the experience. Very disappointed.

Amelia RiveraUnfortunate that an otherwise positive experience is not as great because of bait and switch corporate tactics. In large print it says rent a van for $19.99 - there is small print about additional charges. I go through the reservation process online and the total comes to something like $32 - which I figure are the extra charges. I go to pick up van for scheduled need and find out that it is going to cost $85 for the rental. This is not even gas - that is separate! This is mileage. A rip-off but by that late time I needed to van to do my scheduled pick-up. But I know going forward NOT TO USE U-HAUL but to shop around for reasonable pricing.

Amelia RiveraI have used your particular location at least three times. However, the new online check in system to retrieve the truck is AWFUL. It is not user friendly. There were at least three people picking up trucks and we were ALL very disoriented. Not knowing what to do or where to go. The system kept on rejecting my picture because I was wearing a hat. Difficult to use I spent an hour picking up and 45 minutes dropping off.

Miguel Fuentes | Overall ExperienceThe location itself is great close to my home, easy to get to. The customer service representatives on site were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I showed up to pick up my truck rental, walked over with a U-Haul representative, and we saw the gas cap was off. Immediately the U-Haul representative knew what happened and told me I’d need to go get fuel first since this truck will most likely be empty. And he was right. Apparently at this location people siphon the fuel from the trucks throughout the night. That’s ridiculous that U-Haul cannot protect their fleet of vehicles from vandals and the customers first experience is stressing about making it to the gas station, on an empty tank immediately after pickup. Tsk, tsk U-Haul.

Nelson Aengus Rocha | Overall ExperienceI booked my storage unit online, and was planning to move in later that night. I had road tripped to LA from New York, and was relying on being able to drop all my belongings off somewhere after a week and a half on the road. An hour or so after I received my booking confirmation, I got a call from Angel at your facility saying that he “doesn’t know” why I was able to book the unit online, as he had “promised it to someone.” I asked him to provide a different unit for me and he could only offer units that were about $100-$150 more. I understand that sometimes online systems can glitch, but when I am a few hours away from dropping off my things and my reservation is cancelled due to an error on Uhaul’s part, I would at least expect another unit to be offered to me. I then asked to be sent a cancellation confirmation for my records as I had already put my credit card info in, and I was told that Uhaul “doesn’t do those.” I was extremely inconvenienced by your facility and the way it was handled was absolutely not up to customer service standards.

SEUNGWOO CHOI | Overall ExperienceI gave 4 stars because of the weird layout of the indoor storage units. It was definitely a puzzle game to manage the the stairs and available moving carts, that were very helpful might i add, but I would still recommend highly and even use again if I need to. The staff there was super nice and helpful, I was always there on a Sunday so they actually got to know me quickly even though it was months between me going into my storage. I thought that was very nice ^_^

James Cline | Overall ExperienceUpon the start of my storage unit reservation, the staff failed to tell me that access ended at 10pm, and I went at 10:15pm a few nights later to access my things in storage, but was locked out because access stopped 15 minutes earlier, so I had to change my plans the next day so that I could get my stuff. I lost time and money due to this inconvenient lack of communication from the staff. Also, when I rented a moving van and ended the storage unit rental contract, the staff processed my van rental, but neglected to close out the storage unit rental as well, so I was billed later on for the next month, even though I had already ended to reservation, and I inconveniently lost time by calling Uhaul to fix that staff member’s mistake.

The doors were damaged & would not close completely therefore dust, dirt, bugs would get into my unit leaving all my stuff dirty. I told the manager Angel & he said he would get back to me & never did so I decided to move my storage elsewhere. I understand he is very busy due to the facility always being very busy but I preferred finding a unit indoors & out of the sun.

I should not have to pay for space and time I did not use. That is unacceptable and you should refund me the difference. Roches in the facility but not in my unit thank God. I have pictures. There were a lot of Ants in my unit.. staff me ever said they have issues with rats but that’s why traps are in each unit...
