ciin H.My absolute only issue with the experiences of renting a uhaul here is the location/parking lot. It is off a very busy road and difficult to turn into (if you're turning left off the busy road). Not a whole lot of places for people to park personal vehicle to check in/out. Thats literally it. Customer service was beyond fantastic, checking in and out was incredibly easy and fast. Store was clean, organized, fully stocked. My only “issue†would be the ease of getting into the parking lot.

I will be contacting the ATTORNEY GENERAL first thing Monday morning because I have all of my screenshot! You all put my life in danger and then over charged me! Also the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON AND I inquired about that and was told oh it's ok but the truck was a piece of MESS!

I reported it discreetly to the gentleman working inside so he could ask his mgr to call an exterminator, or address it however he/she saw fit. I understand these things happen as I manage a hotel, so my experience was still a positive one.

Tonia W.I mentioned this to the attendant at Check in: the truck I was given is grossly out of alignment(driving straight requires the steering wheel to be at a 45 degree angle—I have a video of it). This truck needs to be serviced !! I hope this is not an overall indication of how Uhaul sends its fleet out to customers. In the future, I will test drive a unit before I commit to a particular unit.

jim W.I wanted to do online/app pick up but wasn't able to due to "verifying information" that after 30mins I decided to go in store and rent van. A couple of months ago I rented a truck and had same issue. The app states you can use major credit card or debit card with major credit card listed on card, and the last time I rented truck I was able to debit card, but I could not this time. My overall experience was a fast pleasant experience and I had no other issues.

I was the only one to access to my keys. When I told the assistant manager I was told this could not happen, the lock could not be picked. That the alarm would go off if the door was opened. Well it was picked, someone went into it, I told them I think it was someone who worked or works there. I trusted U Haul, I been with them for five years and I used them to move several times but I will never be able to trust them with my storage. ⚜️

Other times I called to get assistance with payment, I couldn't get it. A comment was made during one conversation that I was always late well yes, we were struggling financially and my husband had been in an accident. Whether I call the store or the corporate line it did not change the type of service that was received. So calling corporate with unresolved issues was a waste of time.! Another thing if you leave a message for the manager there it is like a week before you get a call back , if you get one at all. Several times I wanted to just grab something quick because the trucks were always parked in front of my unit.
