Patrick TI went to another UHaul and had issues with the log in. They were not helpful so I left. I came to this location and Natasha was very helpful. I still had the same log in issues but she first googled it to help then she used the store phone to have me log in on. Problem solved. She worked until she found a solution. The trailer she rented me wasn't in the correct location so she got me a different one in a timely manner. The rental process was so smooth. She also checked me in when I was finished. Top notch service and I would highly recommend this location because of her.

Kya SExplain that if you remove the zip tie from a piece of equipment that's inside the truck that you will be charged. Was just told the hand truck(dolley)was there if you need it. We didn't use it because I had my own but when I sent someone to the truck to retrieve it they grabbed the wrong one. We didn't use it but since the zip tie was torn I guess we were charged.

jedadiah nAs a disabled individual who is auto immune compromised, I thought this was going to be a really hard process, not at all, they understood, I needed to social distance, got me in and out quickly, and the return process was seamless. I advise down loading the app, where your able to return w/o having to go inside. The customer service is unparalleled.
Angel Ctruck rental had very spongey brakes, giant exhaust leak driving for 25 hours with the exhaust screaming from under the cab, alignment trying to drive into the ditch the whole drive

Antorio J | Overall ExperienceOne lady told me we had 24hr access to the storage unit and that wasn’t true so after 10:30 we were locked out and didn’t get to finish unloading our uhual so we could return it. I spoke to customer service over the phone after hours and the gentleman was very helpful and extended our truck until 10:30 am to return on 8/19 I’m only one person trying to move my things out the uhual and I was rushed they called me 3 times asking when I will bring it back and I explained I’m at the facility and I understand there are new reservations but to act like they aren’t understanding is what gets me. Try moving a 26” foot truck with a 4 bedroom house all alone and see how long it takes. Now when I asked for the key card they said they don’t issue it which means I could have had after hours access to unload the truck and return it on time. Then I was told they charged me for an extra day when I was only a hour late returning and I wouldn’t mind paying the extra $94 it was the way the rude manager spoke to me as if she’s doing me a favor. We need to learn to be more kind in this world you never know what ppl are going through. I just lost my home with my 3 kids and husband trying to figure out our next move and the last people we need is uhual being rude and impatient. It’s life things happen if the shoes was on the other foot you wouldn’t feel good had I disrespected you.

Fortunately, there are some employees who are very professional, friendly and very helpful. The storage facility has roaches crawling inside the storage rooms as well as in the aisles and front entrance. Storage floors and carts are dirty except for the two new just came available a few days ago. There’s dirt trapped in the wax on the floors of two my three storages I rented and I was told it’s best to sweep one of my storage after move out by an employee after another employee told me it wasn’t required.

He would drive off when my husband was there but not always when I was alone. Also, the front doors to the facility were not functioning properly and would remain open while he was parked there. We notified management of the door situation.

The last two trucks we rented were not enjoyable to drive. They had very loose steering and were almost to the point of being dangerous. I will recommend any friends to look for other options than Uhaul if at all possible.

It was devastating losing so many items that I thought was safe in my storage we had accomplished together that was no longer there. Therefore I choose to use Uhaul off Two Notch Rd. And I will be visiting at least once a week.

It was extremely convenient, as we live 8-10 hours away (depending on traffic), and did not want to haul everything home for a few months only to turn around and haul it back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rental and closeout were easy. We will definitely do this again!

Which had already been done. Days later office realizes the lock was placed on the storage unit by a member of stuff and lock never belong to me. Stuff member Tiffany was very rude on the phone call and could still hear her rude remarks while I was on the line with rep Brittany. It took me calling the office back for them to inform me that the lock wasn’t mine and it belonged to them. I had this storage unit for over a year and planned to bring more business. But after theses interactions I doubt I will be returning.

The first time I came after 10 pm not be aware or told about the 24 hour access option. I then came that next morning to finally put my items inside and when done I went to the front desk to add the 24 hour package onto my contract. And now here comes my 2nd load of yesterday. I came after 10 without any worries because I knew I had just added the 24 hour access that I was told was gonna be an extra $10 on top of the bill. And when I typed the same code in my access was denied once again. I called the uhaul help line and was informed that the package was never added when I was told that it was that morning. So I had to hold on and extend my truck rental once again because of this inconvenience.

ROBERT H | First ImpressionsAlthough the staff is professional and somewhat helpful, I did encounter a very bad communication experience with the manager more than a month ago involving an automatic payment setup by someone in his staff without my approval for my most recent storage room I rented. The way I found out about the payment was seeing it pending in my checking account. This could have caused me a financial hardship had I viewed my bank account at a later time. The manager did eventually remove the automatic payment setup in the system but did not provide the reason why it was setup because he needed to speak with his staff for more details. He informed me that he would followup with an email, but I never received the email. Unfortunately, I left the store still feeling very frustrated because of the lack of empathy or concern I felt the manager displayed nor did he offer any other solutions for the inconvenience subjected upon me from an error committed by a customer service representative in his staff. On another communication issue with his staff, I asked one of the CSRs when a late fee is applied for our storage rooms and was told “a few days” instead informing the exact number of days. Instead, I found out the number of days by a very professional, helpful, and friendly CSR through the 800 number in the U-Haul app. As for cleanliness in the storage rooms, my last storage I rented, the floor was swept but visually very dirty. Other than the issues I’ve provided, I haven’t encountered any other problems with the store. Inside the store, the exterior to include the parking lot are always very clean. The trucks I’ve rented from there are very clean and in great condition, and the overall staff is very professional and helpful.

latonya t | First ImpressionsI’ve already left this review many places but whoever Brittany is at this storage facility took it upon herself to replace the lock I bought FROM YOU ALL to replace with a disc lock so it would be “more secure”. Upon adding this lock to my unit, she lost the key. We were there for over 2 hours on my move out day while the staff in store looked for the key because Brittany wasn’t even there. They never found it. It had to be drilled into to open, and 2 hours of the limited time on my rental truck were wasted because she did something I did not ask for, and the disc lock was not even any more secure. Not to mention, she was trying to charge me for this new lock I did not ask for.

Friendly helpful staff. only two issues. first issue was I was given a storage space that already had a lock on it, but the friendly staff quickly resolved that issue by assigning me another storage space of size. Very small inconvenience but shows poor record keeping. I rented two storage spaces, 1 didn't have the provided padlock in it. I had an extra padlock so that worked itself out. There is no lighting at the non-climate controlled area when I had to unload at night, it maybe due to ongoing store renovation construction activities at the time.
