The light is good in the hallway but inside the storage it gets dim. The entrances don't seem very secure, but there are logins, plenty of cameras, and alarm systems to back that up.

Aaron was great. Very friendly and helpful. People like him make this world a better place.. The equipment had been used and abused. Fenders dented, one of the wheel hold down straps had been cut and wasn’t long enough, and it had oil on it. Was a surprise when I had the vehicle loaded and I couldn’t strap it down. Had to improvise. It did haul the vehicle safely to my home 4 hours away..

KENNETH N6x12 trailer with a ramp is not 6' open on the back. I missed that the ramp is only 4'9. I needed to move a golf cart and the opening on the back was 2" too Narrow.
Michael TI want to compliment the assistant manager Aaron who was manning the desk. He was juggling four customers at the same time (three in the office and one on the phone) but managed to still stay on task and was pleasant and helpful. When it was my turn he got me processed in less than five minutes. The yard attendant was also quick and efficient.

GARY RThe truck had a miss in the engine and was a very very rough ride. The dolly holder in the cargo area was not functional. The driver's side seating area did not have a good seal, so it caused a draft and a minor amount of rain water to come inside the cab when driving in the rain. In my opinion this truck is ready for retiring. We have rented a big u-haul truck the past couple of moves in our family and we seem to always get this super old truck that doesn't ride or dive well.

mariah OI think the batteries need to be tested before each truck leaves the location. My truck battery went dead and I had to use roadside assistance. I think that roadside should be added into the cost because you never know when you are going to need it. But beside that , the guy who process my reservations and gave me the keys (A. Nolan )was a sweetheart. He had very good customer service skills and was very helpful. This was the best experience I ever had at UHAL.

They sold out of propane and people still calling and coming, returning and picking up rentals and he kept his composure.he had a helper but he must have been training, but he helped what he knew. He was noted on my account and I wanted him to have access; he knew the code, all my information, looks exactly like me, has my same last name, knew the contents of my storage unit, has the key and still couldn’t have access. Anyone else wouldn’t have given him issue. I had to come 1000+ miles and leave my elderly grandparents alone to be able to clean out my storage unit and put it elsewhere because I couldn’t have him add to it or help me deal with all of it since.

It leaves access for mouses or rats to enter into the boxes. This is what happened to us when when we went to get our boxes from storage to bring them to our permanent home. There were 2 visitors that travel from the storage unit to our home, luckily we didn't bring any boxes inside of the house. So I advise if possible buy boxes that have no handles or if you do buy boxes with handles tape up the sides of your boxes.

Most of the exterior damage had nothing been noted and the app frozen causing me to have to take a ton of photos, also my trip scheduled was approx 120 miles from facility to home and to drop off and I was only given 100 miles.

For Uhaul Call Center-Poor We rented a truck and then a storage-They reserves a space that was tiny and would not accommodate the size of the truck only because that was all that was available. So, we drove 25 minutes away to the storage center in Alcoa only to be told the call people do this all the time. It was a waste of time. The guy there reserved the correct until and we had to drive another 30 minutes to the one that was available. The guy at the East Towne was so welcoming and just took charge and took care of everything. He was so kind and helpful and more than that-he was understanding we were quite frustrated. He deserves a raise!!!
