I have been renting from the same U-Haul facility in Idaho Falls ever since I was old enough to rent trailers. Something like 45 years or so. Always a great experience, never a problem. Very professional and well-run business.

The experience was especially easy and pleasant. Everything was explained in a simple, pleasant and expedient manner. Returning the equipment went the same way. Staff, especially the individual who helped me, was extremely patient and friendly.

Just make sure that you make sure to know what gear to put the vehicle in.Does one if you're driving it for a little bit?We actually put it in gear 4 when it was in town and we should have done drive gear.Just so you're aware it was an accident though.

There were paperwork issues on the U-Haul end with the booking. It was frustrating to have to filed phone calls and sort through e-mails / text while traveling while U-Haul sorted out it own internal paperwork errors.

Kambree was amazing and very helpful. Nate however was terrible. He has horrible customer service skills. Walks around like he owns the place but also has no idea what’s going on. Refused to give us the 1st month free on my storage unit after using one of the U-Haul trucks. Said the storage I needed was not part of the promotion it was only for 2nd floor units which is false advertising. Horrible experience overall do not recommend. As long as he is the manager that place will be a joke.

The weather was around 8 degrees. When we arrived, the location was not busy and the van was parked across the icy parking lot (with the sun shade i the window) and not in the bay started and warming up. I was told to go it and get it checked in. My typical experience there is to have the van in front of the office, running and ready to start the check in process. The employee clearly did not care about my safety (crossing the lot) or the fact that the van was freezing cold when we got in it. It was just a bad experience especially since the service there is usually so great!

The trailer we received was filthy, it smelled like manure had been hauled in it. We had to wash it before we could put our boxes in it. The towing part of our trip was fine. We returned the trailer to a place that was about 15 miles from the city we went to. The place was closed on a Wednesay at 10a and we had to do an online return and leave the trailer in an open lot. It was ridiculous to have to drive 15 miles out in the country when there were several locations in town.

The amount of fuel was lower than 1/4 of a tank so I got charged over $120 for fuel. Kind of a rip off.

They opened the doors promptly at 0700, I was checked in and on the road in 15 minutes. The place was clean and well organized. The yard area was clean from any debris / trash. The employees where friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Overall..... 5 stars, well done. I appreciate the speed at which I was checked in as time was of the essence. Thank you.

A d I was charged to fill the tank back up to full and I wasn't told that I had to do that.

I rented a car trailer, looked the trailer over, took some pictures and took it home. I found one of the tire straps damaged that you could not see until it was stretched out to load the car. I took the trailer back and Carl had the strap replaced by one of his employees in less than ten minutes. Quick friendly service.

The place itself was well lit. but there was no lighting in the unit itself which made it dark to work in. I called and got the main office, to see if I could keep my school things in for 1 day more. I am a teacher and they built a new school and we couldn't move until Aug 12. I asked the director if I could move things into the middle of my room on Aug. 7th and he said yes. the main office of U-haul said if I didn't have things out by aug 6th they would charge me a full months rent. I thought that was bad business.

We had an indoor unit which was super nice when moving in the heat. There was also small carts to move boxes easier. The indoor unit felt very secure and peace of mind. Thanks for your services, we will use uhaul again for future moves.

There was no overhead lighting. Expensive for the size of the unit. Maybe 8x12 feet 140.00. I located a 10 x20x 10’ high for 90.00. A new facility I could drive right up to instead of using push carts and going down 3 corridors.

We’ve had a storage unit at this facility since 2015. On August 1st, we moved from one unit to another. Luis helped us. It turns out, that we got moved out but never moved into the new unit on your system! Sunday we attempted to enter our unit and were told that we weren’t customers. It went downhill from there. EVEN THIS EMAIL ADDRESS SHOYLD NOT BE ASSOCIATED WITH OUR ACCOUNT. Now, I’m going to have to go back in fix this again.

I have inside storage and it supposed to be secure but for some reason my storage still got broken into and some of my stuff got stolen,ask them if theres any security cameras on that side of the building but there isnt ,ask them if they gonna fix the hole where they use to enter the storage they said they will 6 months later still there.

You guys are the most expensive game in town. I moved out in the 28th of February not on the third of March. On the 28th of Feb I turned in my lock and keys to an employee who said he would get me checked out, and he didn't remember to which is why you have my end date wrong. It would be nice if Your employee would have followed through.

The building is great. People are nice. The only complaint I had was billing. I couldn't keep track of my balance easily, you need an app. I was making double payments for months and was still told I was not up to date. Even when I closed it out, I was told I had till the 25th, but I was refunded over $90. I was never sure what my balance really was. It's like they purposely make it confusing so they can confiscate your stuff. I don't think I'll use storage here in the future.

This particular storage unit is a converted truck bed. The unit is fine but the problem is that the opening latch lever where the lock goes is now at ground level (on the regular truck, it is at waste level). Being at ground level it is very difficult to lock and unlock the lock. The opening latch lever on mine also had to be pushed down to get the lock holes to line up. This is difficult for one person while locking at the same time. I would not recommend a unit with this lock location to anyone.

I love the Staff there at UHaul, they are so interested in me myself, friendly, answered all my questions. I hurt my hand and th e young man who helped me yesterday saw my hand and was concerned I would hurt it if I helped him carry the heavy container, I was late in paying my bill but they were so kind over that too and so cheerful. I love the climate control storage they have and their prices are within my budget. I highly recommend UHaul and their staff. Awesome people, every one of them.

I was there afterhours reorganizing. And I was approached by the facility manager and a sales associate claiming I was living in the unit. Also, I notified the facility I was moving out. A day before I moved out my passcode was terminated I was still paid up one extra day. They automatically assume I was not going to pay my bill and lock up my stuff. Wrong!!! While moving out my stuff on a sunday they came to me ans told me that I would have to come back on the next day to finish. Because my code was canceled and they wabted to go home for the eveing. I had every right to stay and finish moving out my belongings. I was a customer over a year. My rental payment were never late. I alway ckean my bin and everything around it.

This is the third time I have rented a storage unit at this location. The service in the past has been ok, but the people in the past didn't always seem like they had enough support, maybe understaffed, slow, poor knowledge of the computer system. Overall, a lackluster experience In contrast, My experience yesterday was excellent! A guy named Kristopher checked me in, he was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The whole process was quick. A very sweet girl named Holly showed me to my rental unit. I really appreciated the service I received yesterday, thank you for making it easy!

We sold our house. The new one isn’t ready to move into so we are staying in one of the kids basements. My husband is having surgery. We have to move our things from the unit the day before. In all of the confusion we can’t find the keys to the lock. It’s our lock. We just need to get the unit unloaded before my husband has surgery on his arm and is incapacitated for 6 months. We apparently missed the fine print that says we can’t cut our own lock off of the unit. Your security man acted like we had breeched a nuclear facility The staff will grant us access to our stuff for a few dollars Or.... we can pay a complete stranger to breech the lock. This seems unethical and at least nonsensical. It most certainly showed a lack of compassion. What is the point of this policy anyway? It has to be to generate revenue as preventing theft has been covered with the security cameras and the responsiveness of your security man.
