Fred MPick up location seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing, half assing everything and we got a trailer with missing pieces that were important for holding the car in place, and a broken strap that goes over the tire to hold the car in place. had to call road side assistance and waited couple hours to get new a strap (road side assistance was a life saver) ended up delaying our trip a good amount. after we got new strap we had to stop multiple times during our 14 hour drive because the straps would come loose and fall off the car tires. don’t know if the cranks to the straps are breaking or old but never had issues with them coming lose and off the tires in past moves.

Richard CI put the hospital papers because I was in the hospital 2 days after I got to Nacogdoches TX. My daughter couldn't get it to the main office because it was to far of a walk. Thank you.. And I really hope that you understand that I was not able to get it there when I could. I'm on a very fixed income and I don't have money for anything right now. I'm homeless right now

Joseph HThis morning, I drove a 132 mile round trip for the hitch and wiring installation on my 2004 Buick. I made the reservation in mid-March and this was the nearest (to NW Burnet County) trailer hitch installing U-Haul store to me. I arrived early for my 10:30am appointment and my car was on the lift by 9:40. The installer came out and said he could not do the electrical wiring (for the trailer connection) as he "was not trained for that". At 11:35a.m. he had struggled through the installation. Two hours. I checked underneath later and it appears to have been done all right. At 88 years of age, I have in the past done hitch installations on my own vehicles but am too old and have no hoist for the vehicle now. So, I a left with a hitch but no trailer wiring done.. I may be able to do that myself, but I contracted with U-Haul to do that and you accepted the contract for a shop that had no one on duty on my service date who knew how to do the wiring. I could never recommend U-Haul after this fiasco.
RALPH GThe website quoted us a 24hr rate with a utility dolly and a furniture dolly at $80.. we get there and we’re charged $188 and never received the furniture dolly.

DEVIN MI have had multiple experiences with u-haul one even being amazing last week but this location horrible was an understatement! Unprepared no sense of urgency and a lack of care and consideration overall. I would never use this location ever again and the lines are ridiculous even if you book your reservation a week out and come early you won’t get your equipment for 45 minutes to an hour and trying to get effective communication is nonexistent. Just use another u-haul.

Jeffries DEmployee was on her personal phone using wireless earbuds the entire time during my visit to pick up my reservation. It was difficult to ask questions and confirm my reservation when she was talking to someone else and didn’t show any hospitality. I would rather visit a different location next time
JUAN RWhere the sign said to pull into for drop off was barely large enough once you pulled in from a busy road. The next morning about 8 am I was woke up by a woman who immediately told me that the truck wasn't clean enough, I asked her what she was even talking about and she started laughing saying I took the picture "oh yes you did, yes you did, you took the picture, we charging you $25, yes you did, you took the picture" I again asked what she was talking about. She was giggling and laughing through the whole thing so I eventually just hung up. Very unprofessional. Will not be dealing with u-haul again. Very unprofessional service, bait and switch on the front end and petty stupidity on the back end. Faulty equipment in between.

THOMAS WTruck windows weren’t cleaned had to clean them inside and out previously rented to a person with a dog that left nose prints and slobber on glass / truck was not what i rented but it did the job staff was friendly even though i felt they needed another person attendant looked worn down truck was tired flat spots on tires and gutless especially when I had less than 1000 lbs in cargo area
LUIS RI drove the U-Haul in town a total of 25 miles. I stopped and put $10 of gas back into the truck. When I got my receipt back they charged me an additional 6 gallons of fuel. So basically 10 gallons of fuel that I paid for to drive 25 miles. That doesn’t make any since . My fully loaded semi gets 9mpg so I don’t understand that charge I honestly think I got scammed

I then found out there was a hole in the gas tank on the truck I had to wait a hour and half to even get road side assistance come
CHELSEA VMy overall experience was alright. I had went to 2 other locations before this one and was unable to get a rental due to poor customer service & not having the equipment stated online. The final location I arrived too was very helpful and had great customer service. When I dropped my rental off and I was told I would be getting charged $7 a day for the dolly that I was not made aware of and I got charged an additional day for dropping the rental off an hour after the "scheduled drop off time." These are things customers should be made aware of. Otherwise, I had a great experience like always.

We wrre given a vehicle that had check engine light and it shut itself off at a few stop lights. When we were moving our stuff the vehicle violently shook and AC ran hot. We return it immediately. No dependable.

Some of my problems at this location was the door and lock latch didn’t line up. So I had to push-up on the door in a weird way. It was incredibly difficult. The actual storage building was well mopped/ swept, however, there needs to be an exterminator called to this location. The amount of roaches I saw in my unit after only storing a few furniture items left me feeling physically ill.

demowah q | Overall ExperienceExperience is very good even though I got behind on my bill and couldn't really get caught up the buyout option of the storage is a great fall back for if you don't want to lose anything precious.
