The employee did not know anything at all and refused to help me with my questions about accessing the self storage since they were closing soon. If I had not already paid online, I would’ve used a different service for storage.

Staff was rude charged me extra was threatening and yelling.cancelled my reservation and when I asked why they started yelling trying to make a problem vs renting me another storage unit. Finally they rented me a small unit for double what my reservation was 200 $ for small storage rude behavior and double charge me rufsing to give me a return receipt

After I paid in full, the manager then told me that my storage would be locked back up the next day. I had to remove my stuff the next morning.I asked for the price to use their dumpster and was told their dumpster was full and if I left anything at all, I would be charged $100.
