On Friday the 25th, I arrived at the Kingston location to retrieve my rented 10ft U-Haul. Upon taking pictures of the vehicle before departure, I observed the vehicle was dirty ok no big deal. I then got in removed the cardboard advertisement sign from the windshield and was on my way. As I'm driving I start noticing how dirty the interior is. From the cigarette ashes in the door pocket, the slimy sticky cup holders and the inside of the windshield where it looks like someone sneezed with something in their mouth. I also notice the breaks are a little soft coming to a stop, I get to my old residence to load and open up the back and it looks the previous renter was moving rusty car parts in the back. All around very disappointed in this rental, never ever had a problem with using U-Haul but this time was bad. And please add a stop in the new app to leave a comment while returning your rental, I did not see one.

I waited over an hour because there was a drug bust in the parking lot outside. The uhaul i received had damage to the rear end and no suspension in the back and I was overcharged.

Uhaul in general caused me major headaches. I am glad this location had what I needed, but whoever first changed my reservation on Thursday messed it up and cost me over 2 hrs when my time was precious.

Vehicle was clean. A problem I experienced was when I was driving and braking between 45 and 60 mph, the front brakes would chatter and shake the steering wheel. Otherwise the vehicle drove fine.

Why in the world did you guys have to make this so much more complicated to get a truck. I usually rent 2-3 times a month sometimes more and you've made it to where its more of an inconvenience. Ill be switching to another company.

I had booked this location online for long distance one way travel for a Saturday morning pick up. Everything was confirmed online. Friday afternoon I get a call stating that my rental will be available at noon as booked. I pretty much lost it and cursed the lady out after she said there were no trucks available for the time I booked. She canceled my reservation. I ended up calling back and having to have extra expense of driving the truck down and back! Now I must add that in the morning when I went to pick up the truck, the people at the desk were great and told me that if I had time they would be able to find me a one-way track. I don’t know if y’all had moved before, but as a single woman moving out of state for the first time, this was too stressful for me! I don’t know if I will ever use you all again. I have found after this that there’s other rental companies. So disappointed in the local lady who canceled my appointment and so disappointed that you didn’t give me the option to look for another local U-Haul company that had availability for one-way. The extra expense didn’t help my pocketbook at all.

When the tech hooked up my trailer he didn’t double check to make sure the lights work. They didn’t. Not sure if it was my truck or the trailer issue.

After I was sent to shickshiny to pick up my truck and trailer they did not have,I was sent to Kingston for the truck and then to Scranton for the car hauler. It put me behind about 3 hours and was very inconvenient.. The workers in all Three places where very nice and helpful.

Very satisfied with the employees I dealt with. They were A#1 in my book. The only problem was with the Internet check out when returning the truck. after office hours. It took us a long time to complete. Had to take pictures and was very aggravating.

I am just a little confused. I was told the storage was 84/monthly. I month free then I see 143/monthly when even a sign out front for 109 for a bigger unit than I choose. I will talk with someone todsy and I am sure it will be corrected. I have been using Uhaul for a long time and Stacey has always been Great . Shes knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Huge asset to this company. Zach was very helpful as well Saturday. I have NEVER had a bad experience with uhaul in Kingston. Thanks Guys

The storage has mice. The staff did not care. It's disgusting when you open your storage and see a dead mouse. The staff has attitude when asked to do their jobs and assist a customer.

The staff at this location was exceptional. I've stored since 1989 at different place's and states. The staff at 714 Wyoming Avenue Kingston Pa was by far the exceptional. The facility was well kept and I always felt extremely safe at this facility which was really important to me since it was like my home away from home. I highly will recommend this facility!!

It would be more convenient if the phone line could call directly to the specific office. It always went to a central call center. They said they would leave messages, but I did not know whether they made it through or not. But the staffing on site was great, very professional, and everything was always clean and seemed very safe.

I booked for first floor over the phone with the agent and got second floor unit. Tried to talk to management but they refused to listen to me. Had to get help to get stuff upstairs and pay out of pocket. Worst experience ever.

Over the years I have used numerous storage facilities in different states and the Uhaul storage in Kingston is the absolute winner in my book for several reasons! The unit was very well maintained and secure and easily accessible. The manager, Stacy was outstanding in every way— always polite, courteous, knowledgeable and ready to assist! Our Storage unit was filled with Rat feces and a dead rat. We had to leave a mattress that was covered in feces and had to throw away clothing and baby items that had feces on them in fear of disease
