Ricardo LHorrible experience. Still no 5th pod. Got yelled at by driver for their obvious mistakes. Wasted SO much time at the facilities because no one knew what they were doing. Didn’t have our pods the day we had all our helpers, even though we were told we would multiple times. So had to move everything in ourselves even though my husband has a back injury and I just had a baby. So it has just been pretty horrible experience.

SHAUNA RFor the most part the experience was ok. The equipment had not been checked in so I had to tell them it was on the property so we could make the reservation for the next day. The equipment had mulch in it when we went to pick it up after it had been sitting there from the previous day. We had to ask them to clean it out before we left with it.

JEREMY JI asked the staff two minutes before clothes about how to turn in the truck after hours, and in less than two minutes, he explained how to do it! That is a master of knowing his business!
JEREMY JAsked for a U haul and a trolly. They never put the trolly in the Uhaul and charged me $120 extra for "lost or damaged property" even after I told them they made a mistake.

katie bStopped in to check availability of U-Hauls and to schedule a reservation. Was told there were no U-Hauls available (with a full parking lot) and to just stop in again on Sunday or go online to make a reservation Monday morning. I left and made a reservation within 15 min after leaving with no trouble finding availability so I walked back. When I received the keys they just said "it should be out front somewhere" no general location or help like left side of parking lot, back corner near highway, etc. I had to walk around the giant parking lot and go look for it. Was dirty, graffiti on the inside, and the start up was really rough but after warming up it ran ok.

ANDREW DU-Hual staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The facilty itself was clean, very secure, and our storage unit easy to locate and access. And while we didn't need moving or protective supplies the facility was very well stocked with such items and this was truly appreciated as we have such needs in the future.

Unfortunately, there’s not any choices out there besides U-Haul being stuck with a box van as a royal pain in the ass and kind of stupid that I could not even get a regular van, which would’ve been better pick ups have always been available before and now they are not available, which is just plain stupid

Bowen D | First ImpressionsThe box was super dirty. Lots of debris, old keys, scraps of stuff and dirt. No big deal for us and we swept it out well before we returned it - but you should know that whoever used it before us left a mess.

Houston LI had to check out three times using the U-Haul app before it registered. First moved out on 3/28 and processed the move-out in the app, but still received a late notice for April rent. The last time processing the move-out worked after I called staff. There needs to be instruction to verify with the staff after the move-out process. I relied on the app to do that. Otherwise, service was excellent and I highly recommend.
