Sharon FI don’t remember the young woman who helped me, but she was fantastic. She was there past her normal work hours and did not hesitate to help me and make sure I was happy and on my way. She was there when I picked up and when I dropped off. I don’t remember her name, but please let the team know how amazing she was. Very professional, courteous and pleasant.
Brian DRented a trailer for 24 hours. Reserved it for 5pm pickup on a friday and wanted to return afternoon on Saturday. When we arrived and checked in the employee asked if we were returning at 11pm that night I said no I reserved it for 24 hrs is that ok? He said yes. And the. A few minutes later said actually no someone else has reserved it for 10am tomorrow so it has to be back by then. It threw a huge kink in our schedule and felt very disorganized. It was our first experience with uhaul.

CHRISTIAN SThe online scheduling tool provided by Uhaul is setting incorrect expectations for customers and subjecting individual locations to unnecessary blowback when customer expectations are not being met. I selected this location after the first location informed me that I could not wait for my vehicle. The website said differently which is why I booked that location in the first place. The first location recommended Malvern as a wait with vehicle option and I confirmed this via the uhaul scheduling tool when I rescheduled. However once I showed up for my appointment I learned that Malvern does not offer wait with vehicle either. Thankfully the manager offered to bump me to the front of the line for that days installs so that my wait could be minimized. The install went smoothly and everything was completed faster than I originally thought it would be. I'm thankful that this location worked to figure out a solution that worked for me because leaving the vehicle for the day was not an option I could accommodate. If anyone from the Malvern location reads this, thank you again for great service in the face of a challenging situation.

Todd MOverall the truck was clean. The spring tension on the rear door was so strong that it took two people to hold the door down to lock it in place. This is a safety issue.

It _was_ legible, and lit by the plate lights; though it was bent over on one corner - but the "Kansas" was clearly visible. Maybe it was just "the new guy" on the beat.

Andrew WThe customer service was above and beyond. The staff person who attended to me was filling in on her day off. She worked to figure out why the system was over-charging me and got it fixed.
MARION MThe clamp that should hold the dolly is bent. Also I had requested an appliance dolly and blankets which were not in truck and I had to have a friend pick them up with no discount applied. Customer service on renting was great. I will use again

I contacted Uhaul customer service to check the reason, but unfortunately, nobody could explain it to me. Poor experience with Uhaul service!
Liang ZWhile this location is exceptional, my experience with U-Haul Customer Service is abysmal, so be careful. I rent trailers once or twice a year. I should just buy my own trailer.

Joseph NAll though the hitch installation and wiring appears to be done correctly, the certainty is unclear. I discovered the following day parts were removed from car to gain access and run wiring but some part were not returned. Dealership claims I am wrong about that when I know two storage divider areas were there when I dropped vehicle off, and now they are not there. They said ithe two parts were not there before they even looked for them. They insisted I was wrong to the point they said I was lying. I was not. Additionally, they said install would take 3-4 hours for hitch and wiring. It took nearly 8 hours from drop off @ 10am to paying for it @ 6:00pm. I was told around 1:15pm it would be another 45 minutes...It was 4 hour and 45 minutes later? The mechanic seemed knowledgeable and nice, but I believe he was in over his head. He was not happy with how time was scheduled to do my vehicle, plus filling up propane tanks, nor was he happy he did not have time for a lunch. Additionally, during the install, he said my wiring would have to hang out the hatch while in use...I said that would be unsatisfactory, I wanted a professional installation. This baffled me but in the end the job looks professional, but what if I did not have that conversation about the wrestling hanging out the hatch when in use?The facility itself is not clean, neither is the rest room.The showroom is a mess and for individuals like myself, who said I was going to wait when I made the appointment on line, we have no where to sit. Hypothetically, if I was dropped off and returned at 2pm..I would have had to wait another 4 hours. If I would have waited for them to call me when it was finished..they would have called me sometime after 6 and I would have had to rush up there because it is a 30-40 minute drive from home. I give it a two star only because I am HOPING it's a good install through the headache and worry during the process. To be called a liar will never settle well with me and I have notified the place that referred me of my experience.

John RThe tie-down ring inside the trailer was broken, so I could not properly secure my items. They didn’t give me the blankets I ordered, so I had to drive 20 minutes each way back to the store to get those.

ROBERT DThe drivers side windshield wiper was very bad! The passenger side was ok. In the snow and rain it was dangerous. I let the manager know so the next customer did not drive in this dangerous vehicle.
WILLIAM DExpensive. UHAUL in general is extremely expensive. And box trucks are the only thing that cab be moved one way. I overpaid for what I needed. No military discounts either after I asked. Who doesn’t do military discounts? I’m shocked actually, Will not be using again.
CHRISTOPHER BThe first 5x8 trailer I was assigned had a bad coupler. The second was great. I was charged an extra $30 fee at drop-off for the first trailer, which was still in the system. The drop-off people were great at getting that charge removed.
KAREN CIt doesn’t cost anything for your staff to be good with customer and tell nicely about all the options available with renting. Staff are not at all helpful particularly the general manager

The back units butt against woods and so I think water and pests can enter unit. We incurred more than $500 of damages as a result.

I had dependencies on my U-Boxes delivery and the Moving help schedules. He was always opened to adjust my need. During the move, my U-Boxes were kept on the farther from my units. It was my mistake. When I arrived for the move, he changed the units close to the U-Boxes. Thank you Zach!

The person behind the counter had very little interest in helping me, claiming “I only deal with truck rentals and the person in charge of storage units left an hour ago so you’ll have to come back tomorrow”. I had no interest in returning the next day. This was at 6pm when the app said the office is open until 7pm. He begrudgingly let me borrow scissors to cut the zip tie. It’s unfortunate that this person either dislikes his job or dislikes people, or both. But the in-person customer experience was not at all good.

Also, unit had a rodent problem. Dead mice, droppings, and tons of acorns/ food brought in. 3 couches (trashed), upright kawai piano moisture damaged (trashed),mid century desk water damaged (trashed), two full sized oriental rugs, mildewed and rodent damaged(trashed). Spent a lot of money storing items with value for resale, only to have it all damaged. Waste of time/money/and effort, all to be strung along by Repwest insurance. Issue is still not resolved.

The most difficult part was closing out the contract, I got everything out one evening after hours and then couldn’t get in touch with the facility because they don’t answer the phone. It took 2 days of calls because when it passed through to the central number they told me I could only handle it with the local office, so I spent 2 days calling until someone finally answered.

We were not notified of this prior to arriving with our Uhaul truck full of items we planned to store in a 10x10, and we had to make multiple trips to take things back that could not fit in the 5x10 unit we were given. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - so no issues at all with the service.

I spoke to two office staff two months in a row to put me on auto-billing --- I was charged later fees each time because they didn't do it. Then when I checked out, I used the website because clearly the office staff didn't follow-though. Guess what, my check out was not processed. I stopped into the office just to confirm, and he had to do it manually. Why waste my time.
