Kalena FiteThe vehicle that I had appeared to be in need of a tune up and in need of an alignment. The noises that I could hear from the engine suggests that is time for routine maintenance. While driving it was also noticeable that the trucks wheels are not properly aligned. The service I received from the staff was excellent. They were accommodating when I needed to make adjustments due to the U-Haul app not working.
Christopher RogersUsually great here, but this experience was awful- I reserved a 5x8 trailer through the app 2 weeks in advance. Got a message to call facility regarding the reservation. Was told the trailer was not available and I had to go to another location to pick up. Donna was not helpful at all and basically offered nothing for the inconvenience of me having to drive an additional hour round trip to get a trailer. Another employee thankfully resolved the issue several hours later. Not impressed with the lack of customer service and no problem solving or compensation for U-haul’s inability to provide a trailer that I reserved and confirmed weeks prior.

Deborah NolenThe young man who installed my hitch was absolutely awesome. My appointment was at 9:30 am. I arrived at U haul at 9:17 am and the installer took my car in right away. I was told it would take about 45 to 60 minutes. Car hitch was installed and I was heading back home at 9:45 am, which included paying the bill. I am retired engineer and this young man had great attitude and knew what he was doing. Wow I was impressed! I live in Oregon and winter in SoCal. Great place with great service! Thanks

We asked about furniture straps and were shown ones that we were told would hook onto the wooden beams in the uhaul. They did not fit on the beams so we could not use them. I will be going back to return them for this reason. We also were never informed that there was a $20 charge for returning the uhaul after hours. I only found out once I reviewed my receipt.

Dean ZienowiczU-Haul definitely understands the needs of someone who is moving, or needs to move objects of any kind. The requested 2 wheel dolly wasn't placed in my truck before departure, but fortunately I had one of my own with me. Shelby had me checked in quickly at the counter and the van was clean and well-maintained. Everything I could have needed is available at this location. Return was easy. All in all, the experience I had with U-Haul could serve as an example for other merchants. U-Haul gets it!

AMIN HABIDMy experience was almost awful.. the women that helped us was amazing, she was sweet and patient. However… the check in experience was AWFUL! My reservation was for 7 am… we arrived at 7..I had to use the app to check in, stood in the freezing cold for 20 minutes before realizing the app was not going to work out, after uploading my drivers license 3 times…we finally went back inside to finish picking up the truck. We didn’t get any extra time added for the 30 minutes it took to reserve, and instead of 7 hours now only had 6.5 to get our move completed.. I reserved a 7am truck knowing I had movers showing up at 7:30… at 7:28 we finally left the lot with our truck with only 38 miles till the gas tank was empty. I will NEVER rent a truck through U-Haul again. You have an amazing staff in store that you have disabled from helping clients with your technology. One and done. Horrible experience, added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation.

Michael Brouillettethis entire move has been the worst experience of my life. i will NEVER invite anyone to use the u-haul company u-box or any of their pod type services after what i've just been through. i needed to use this system because i am a disabled person who had to move across the country and am on an EXTREMELY tight budget. first the agents on the phone assured me that the u-box containers would be left onsite at my property over night to be loaded. this gave me a great sense of comfort that was ripped away as soon as the boxes arrived and the drivers/packers told me that they would not be able to leave the boxes. this meant i had absolutely no way to add the small items that i needed to pack that night after the moving crew left. it meant that they left a lot of things behind because they had to remove my u-boxes and return to them to the holding site by 5pm. because of this i was unable to keep a lot of things that needed to be packed, like mop, broom, trash cans, cleaning supplies, oh and they didn't load up my MATTRESS so i had to find a way to get that from ca to tx on my own. secondly, when i finally found a place to live (i was homeless for a month through this nightmare) i was ASSURED BY THE AGENT ON THE PHONE that i would be able to move my items on the day that they needed to arrive without being billed an additional $117 per box (i had 3 boxes) for being in use on the 20th of the month. i was told by the agent on the phone that as long as they are removed/booked to be removed ON THE 20TH that i would be spared that expense. i had to call back to book the actual moving and movers after speaking to my apartment complex and storage unit about where my boxes can be placed for unpacking. the new agent on the phone told me the last agent was incorrect when they told me i could not move on the 20th day of the month and that billing would kick in at 12:01am the 20th so we booked the moving for the 19th. i was forced to arrange to unload the u-boxes an the storage site at no charge and load my property onto a box truck. the agent on the phone informed me that the truck and the pods were on the same property and that we would not need to make extra trips. I WAS ASSURED BY THE AGENT ON THE PHONE THAT I WOULD HAVE 24HRS WITH THE BOXES IN MY POSSESSION ON THE 19TH DAY OF THE MONTH TO EMPTY THEM TO AVOID THE STORAGE FEE OVER $300. not only was that false, NOT A SINGLE SOUL WHEN I GOT THE KEYS TO THE BOX TRUCK ATTEMPTED TO INFORM ME THAT WE HAVE UNTIL A CERTAIN TIME OF DAY TO UNLOAD THE BOXES BEFORE THEY GET PACKED UP FOR THE NIGHT. i also learned, while picking up the box truck, that the u-boxes were not being stored there, but were somewhere else in town so we lost time with our booked movers to unpack. the hired movers for helping unload things not only BROKE OUR DISHES, WOOD FURNITURE, AND REFUSED TO USE THE ABUNDANCE OF MOVING PADS IN THE POD TO TRANSFER THEM TO OUR MOVING TRUCK, THEY WERE BOOKED TO HELP US LOAD THE LAST OF OUR STUFF FOR THE SECOND TRIP WE WERE FORCED TO MAKE BECAUSE THE 15FT BOX TRUCK DID NOT HOLD EVERYTHING....OH WHEN WE GOT BACK TO THE SITE TO FIND NO MOVERS AND OUR U-BOXES WERE GONE!!!!!!!!! i called uhaul in absolute distress, we still had over 4 hours left to access the boxes but they barely tried to contact me about it. ONE phone call. no email, no text no other attempt because i was BUSY MOVING BECAUSE WE HAD TO GET IT DONE BEFORE MIDNIGHT. they just packed them up and i feel so robbed and taken advantage of. now i'm stuck with holding charges i did not agree to, busted my butt trying to avoid, AND CANNOT AFFORD, and i have to replace or repair over 40 broken items between kitchen, sewing, and home goods.

stephanie orosco | Overall ExperienceI was being evicted from my apartment and didn't have many other options at that time your storage was a great fit. 24 hour access and close. I am on social security and only get paid once a month my due date and payment date were to far apart. I tried for years to get your office to work with me to do anything to change my due date so I wouldn't keep getting charged late fees. They would never even consider any other options. I am disabled and didn't have the ability to physically move the items myself and no help to move the stuff either. I paid hundreds maybe even thousands of extra dollars in extra fees because your company refused to work with a 6 year customer. No customer appreciation whatsoever! Also, the office staff at this location is as absolute joke! The first thing is they NEVER answer the phones or return phone calls. When you email or call the 800 uhaul number and they tell you they will have someone call you. THEY DON'T! If they decide to do random collection calls and you ask for more information or something else they promise to have someone else follow up with you. THEY DON'T! When we were moving out, we were sorting and stacking our items. We left a clear driving path. An employee comes around and tells us to move the items further back so people can pass through. We informed her we had been at it for hours and people have been going through all day with no problem. She had to step aside so a car could come through. She still responds just move it a little further back please in a "tone" and walks off. We were completely done and leaving I was driving the 26 foot truck, trying to safely maneuver it to park so I could go in the office and close out the unit. My husband was on the other side of the truck trying to direct me into a park. An employee was approaching on the far side of the truck telling me to keep going he was getting ready to pull out one of the parked trucks. I'm trying to acknowledged him as well as get my husband's attention to inform him. The employee is continuing to walk and yelling to keep moving he's going to pull out a truck. Very loud and extremely rude. Again I'm in a noisy 26 foot truck, the location is on a loud high traffic street, and my husband is 64 years old and deaf in 1 ear and this guy is being very rude he has to move his truck. Over the years the staff at this location have always been less than friendly! I don't belive that's the uhaul standard. We picked up a truck from Menifee, great experience! Turned it in in Las Vegas, no problems. Can't say the same for your location!

Bobby Doss | Overall ExperienceThe navigation around the complex has always been problematic. The staging of trucks, pods, on one way access and exit roads and the what can only be described as pac-man maze To get in and get out, to and from storage. A couple time one must take car off-road (rocks) to leave and get in to the only side entrance to storage building, and the narrow opening to get vehicles — including small to medium moving boxes trucks could be risky for the new renters if box. Staging empty trailers in or near the two or three retail parking is not ideal. I watched a small car back in to a bumper-level tripod holding neck, knocking it off To hit the ground, When moving out of a unit it would be “friendly” to offer a store credit to offset proration that isn’t returned when checking out a couple weeks early. It’s a common practice elsewhere but u-haul is the leader. When paying rent in advance it is a nice incentive to pay for 12 and get the 13 month equivalent credit. However, my experience it required intervention and reminders by me to assure the credit was taken and transparent. I’d rent again and location is ideal for area. If you use mystery shoppers to monitor and improve look to monitor those areas

I provided my credit card info and move in date when I placed the reservation over the phone with customer service over the phone. They explained that this will reserve my unit that they said was available. When I went to the Uhaul site to check my storage unit and finalize payment for my reservation the unit was not even available! I was told it was just a waiting list not an actual reservation. This is not acceptable and this process is misleading and should be corrected!!!

We had helpers hired and were paying them while a resolution was sought. They called the next closest facility but the space wasn’t as large and we couldn’t fit all our items into it. They didn’t have a smaller unit so we had to rent another one elsewhere. We were late to an appointment because of all the extra travel time. Altogether a very bad experience

The unloading area is shaded, and the facility itself is air conditioned. Dollies make taking boxes and heavy items to the storage locker a breeze, and the stairs to the second level are minimal. Returning the truck was painless and quick. I absolutely recommend this Uhaul.

I run a business and if Andrew worked for me he would be fired. Total charges one way trip 24 hrs. Just for a 10’ $19.95 truck they charged $330.00? Outrageous!!! I will never recommend them!!
