I had to store some hibgs gor one month after a long distance move. Everything went great. The staff was very friendly and professional when I moved into the unit, and the facility was in spectacular shape. Clean and climate controlled. I highly recommend this facility for any storage needs.

We were given the opportunity to add a 5x8 trailer to our 10’ moving truck rental. We did not realize that we needed to the photo check out process for the trailer (like we did for the moving truck) before leaving the U-Haul lot. It would have been helpful if we were told we needed to do that. However, when I called the U-Haul location back, the rep was very helpful to make sure we completed the checkout process for the trailer.

Excellent customer service as always… Jaxon went above and beyond to help us with our rental even though we didn’t have a reservation - we were in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! Very grateful for this location and the people that work there.

Such a wonderful experience! And free storage for a month with a truck rental! Such a wonderful feeling knowing that I could save a bit. Moving is expensive and exhausting. Sara really made the experience enjoyable. She is extremely knowledgeable and articulate. She made this entire process so easy and comfortable. I really can’t say enough how friendly all the employees at U-Haul are. I picked up at the Rancho location and I literally have never seen a cleaner moving truck!!!!! Truck was not full of gas which was an inconvenience at the start of our trip. If that is a standard practice, notification would have been nice. Windshield was full of dead bugs from prior use, hard to see.

I moved from a storage right on my street but when there price jumped from $35 to $55 I was ok with that them within in 4 or months it jumped to $98 a month I thought that was crazy, plus there staff keeps changing every 3 months I kept getting different responses to my price questions , so I've rented with many times and thought it time to go back to u haul , im glad I did their new storage units are amazing & beautiful .

Our 26 foot truck rental went as planned. Our problem began when our UHaul Moving Helpers selected company did not show up as was confirmed via text messages and direct phone conversations prior to our moving day. As a result, we had to complete all of the loading and unloading on our own which took a toll on both my wife's and my bodies. Make sure that you read the posted reviews carefully before selecting a Moving Helper off of UHauls website. We were dismayed that our Local UHaul rental location was not able to compensate us for this issue by refunding our rental costs.

I was looking for a 24hr drop off. The check out person did not know that Car Daze is 24hr drop off. I had to first drive over and make sure. Please add to your notes for Car Daze, that it does have a 24hr drop off. But other than that everything was great, he was very helpful.

Jason went above and beyond to be helpful… our trailer was not in when we showed up so he made arrangements for us to get another at a close location so we wouldn’t have to wait. Ironically another trailer returned before we left and so he switched the reservation back so we could just hook up and go. Exceptional customer service is always the norm here and that’s why we only rent from this location. Thank You!

Despite some technical, software issues, the staff at the Wills location in Roseville did a great job of getting people in and out. Kudos to the team.

Provide the express check in information (uploaded Driver's License and applicable required info) from the app with the reservation. Also, the U-Haul vetted hired helpers in this contract never showed and U-Haul takes no responsibility in helping with this service promoted (and purchased) on App. Better guidelines are needed in the app for pre-contact from the hired helpers so this will never happen again.

I was treated respectfully, patiently, given detailed and accurate information, physically shown every step in the process of being able to keep my items safely, & securely stored, tools to aid in that venue including where the bathroom is located, tools that may aid in my storage needs, and the staff & manager were approachable, willing to give me verbal and written contract, easy to understand instructions. They looked for every way to make it adventatious to use their facility, and walked me through the process without hurrying me. It is a exemplary location!

I was extremely impressed with how efficient and smooth using U-Haul to move across country was. I received notifications every time the containers moved and exactly where they were located. The text messaging system was amazing, because it explained when u-boxes were delivered and when, then it provided a tracking system. I am mind blown and will absolutely use them or recommend them again!

My experience was very disappointing. One of the female employees, who I believe was named Sara and appeared to be either a manager or assistant manager, insisted that I provide a third contact number before renting the trailer, even though they already had both my phone number and my son’s. I was not comfortable sharing another person’s information. The gentleman helping us was sweet and patient, but she was stubborn and kept refusing to move forward without a third person’s first name, last name, and phone number. I explained that they could simply use my son’s account instead of mine so that issue would not come up, but she ignored that suggestion and said the problem was that the rental was under my account while my son would be the driver. That explanation did not make sense to me. When I confronted her and told her I did not see any such policy online, she still insisted on it and would not move forward unless I provided all the information she requested. I have been a customer since 2015, but after this experience, I no longer want to do business there. The return process was also frustrating. The sign instructed customers to remain in the vehicle and wait for assistance, but no one came for over 15 minutes. Another customer arrived after me, went inside, and was helped first. We only received help after my son went inside and asked. As a business owner myself, I do not like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable, especially because of the attitude and behavior of that employee.

The drop off location was not provided in the paperwork, we asked to drop off in Auburn CA, I had to call the help number to know where to go, the drop off location was a 30 minute drive, the help person gave the wrong address, I had to use Google Maps to find the correct drop off address.

Saturday mornings, especially near the end or the beginning of a month seem heavy and I am always amazed at how short staffed this location is when I go to pick up rentals. Even still then did a great job getting me in and out without too much of a wait.

I did the mobile pickup so I didn't have any interaction with a person. Picked up the truck and when I got to my destination there was no dolly in the truck. I had added it to my cart and was charged. Called customer service and they said they would not charge me. Went to drop off the truck and wanted to speak to a customer representative but no one was to be found to meet at the drop off. Went inside the building and again no one was there but a customer. I was on a time schedule so I had leave and left the key in the drop box. Received my invoices hours later to notice I was charged the $7 for the dolly I never received.

While closing out my account I discovered the hard way my monthly rent was not pro rated. My bill was auto payed the day before I moved out. I was informed u haul doesn't pro rate my bill and I should have moved out before my bill came due. Due to this strange policy I paid an entire months bill although I used it for only 1 day into my new month.

If I could give less than poor I could. My unit was robbed. After talking to the police, it is a regular occurrence at U-Haul. When police try to get video footage etc, the management refuses to help. I see people piggyback in on people, and doors not locked during business hours. When the alarms are tripped, they are turned off I assume by staff. You claim to sell safe storage units, not even close. You should be shut down for false advertising and failing to provide what you are selling. This place is a f-ing joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Didn’t like the wired ceiling, rat trap that takes up valuable real estate, & the roll-top door design really kills a not even 5x5x10 feet unit; plus it wasn’t conveniently located for my needs (opposite direction from places I would need to frequent the unit).

The staff who helped us was she was not friendly at all. She had an attitude and treated me as an idiot that made my husband nervous. She warned us that "there is no storage for us and go and find storage somewhere else". My husband asked her for a manger she claimed that the manger gone for the day, While she was claiming that the manager showed up and solved the issue, I really appreciate the manager help and he treated me so respectfully.

Trash cans , breaks on rolling carts would be helpful. The latch on my storage unit doesn’t lineup properly making it very difficult to lock but staff came up and helped. There was a little mix up because my phone number came up as a past customer with wrong personal info when i originally set up my account. I didnt notice until lafter i left the office that my reciepts had someone else' name. Luckily when i returned, Jessica the manager was able to adjust any of the discrepencies and all was good.. Best deal in town for temp controlled, secure, new, modern space that even has a restroom..

The gal who helped me at the Roseville location (Willis St), I didn’t get her name but she had black hair, glasses, and some cool tattoos on her arms and I think she may have been a manager. However, she was tremendous help she was quick, she was kind, and she went out of her way to show me where my storage was when there was a line out the door. She was very accommodating and willing to help me in case I didn’t get the right size storage which was super nice. I’m very happy with my experience here so far.

I booked online and didn’t really bother much with inducements of free lock with purchase of storage online or free first month move in deal…the unit was most important and for us- we got a Great unit. It fit our needs entirely. With Climate Control and keypad entry I feel very secure with our choice💯 Also the Staff- We went to a few locations…were excellent, The woman Alyssa working the counter at the Storage unit on Wills Rd was above and beyond helpful and pleasant, a good charisma that really made me glad to be there.

Turning into the parking lot it gets confusing as to where to park for storage. All the u haul return are right in front of the main office building. Upon arrival one male staff member walks away. I talk to one of the female staff member as to where I need to go to get to the storage, she gets smart with me as to where I needed to go, doesn't even give a tour as I seen other people being shown where to go. She tells me if I exit one entrance and go to the left another entrance goes to the storage, I had no idea, as a first time experience here, it wasn't too great, but I had found my storage unit and was at ease, but in the customer service side I'm very upset and I guess I'll just figure it out on my own .

I took receipt of a Uhaul Box and did not visit the site, however the team was excellent on the deliver and pick-up. Communications were GREAT and the team was very friendly. WELL DONE.
