The lady was a little less happy and customer friendly. She seemed mad at people. However it was way to get the truck and get going. Was never told to take pictures before leaving.

They were busy when I went in and I’m glad they took the time to make it work for me so I can reach my commitments as well. Job well done.

Scott DMaintenance checks, you either need more frequent or better checks. Running doesnt equal safe. High rpms without changing gears could blow the transmission. I would still recommend but with caution.
Brandy MThe person helping me did a thorough job of inspecting the truck and noted all damage. I explained that I didn't cause the damage and had noted / taken pictures of the damage I noticed. The other damage I didn't even notice but also did not cause. She was very understanding and worked with me to address the issues noting in her report that I did not cause the damage. The return location was small and cluttered but well marked for returning the vehicle. It just looked a little cluttered and there wasn't much room for parking but the service was good. I would recommend this location without any concerns.

WAYNE HAgain, the system was very slow. About 20 minutes into the process of checking out and being kicked off the UHaul website, the customer service rep said she would take care of getting the vehicle checked back in.

GLEN SThe parking area is an absolute nightmare there's only 3 parking spaces. You r either not finding a parking space or your blocking someone in. Customer service is great, you are in and out pretty quick.

ERIC SVery friendly and helpful to do business. Vehicle had low mileage and clean. There are plenty of vehicles to choose from. The website was easy to use to pre-order a rental. I would try to have more parking for people who leave their car for a daily rental.

I started loading the truck tonight before he came back in the morning to discover that the roof had leaked all over the boxes I had up in the Mom‘s attic portion, including on several of my electronics and other items very disappointing would like to request an adjustment/credit for of the rental charges for the truck.

So in real time I could have dropped my truck hete instead of 30 miles away. I would like to have someone from uhaul call me at 812 207 9660 so I could tell you the whole story.
