I called this location at least 20 times to change the pick up time and they never answered. I didn't want to do it online because of the different rate that was given to me, I was afraid it would mess that up. Since I was an hours he I had to call 1-800 go uhaul and wait on hold for 45 min so they could update the pick up time so I could then pick up the truck via my phone. Very annoying.Ryan E.

The entire experience lacked customer service. The employees at each location were helpful but the process was painfully slow. The website is horrible and the woman that called me to confirm my rental was rude she seemed to believe that she was doing me a favor just by being alive I guess..ELWYN P.

Get more customer service people to answer the phone when a person needs road service! After 20 minutes passed on 2 times I tried calling you, I got a tow truck to winch out the U-Haul from some soft, muddy grass, and paid the $105 tow charge myself. This delay cost me one hour of moving time, to get the 10' truck pulled 15' forward!Barbara W.

Sign says wait outside for someone to check in vehicle on return, but there is no chime or sensor or line of sight way for employee to know that you've pulled in from the south entrance. local reps always know more about rental availability and don't try to coerce you into a 6 hour rental like the call center in Tampa. local employee very nice and helpful.Nicholas K.

Shamokin Dam: The individual assisting us needs a course in customer experience! As a leader, I have educated hundreds of employees on how important customer experience is...clearly this individual (we were told he was the manager) has not received training. He was not able to be empathetic to our situation (uhauls vehicle breaking down), make eye contact nor apologize/verbalize in a kind caring tone regarding the inconvenience. We are not upset with Uhaul that the vehicle broke down it happens...we were quite disheartened over the employees lack of empathy to "own it" and turn a negative into a positive.Deborah F.
