Brand new facility at 7000 Silver Hill in Shawnee Kansas is absolute wonderful. The staff is extremely nice and very professional and extremely helpful. You couldn’t ask for better. The place was as clean as clean to get and the equipment is very nice and well taken care of.

ROBERT F | Overall ExperienceThe supervisor was kind of rude when I stated that I had hoped to pick up the truck in Tonganoxie and that it was a 30 minute drive to get to his location. He argued with me about the amount of time. I was hoping to be compensated for the inconvenience of having to drive the extra distance to pick up the truck.
Stephanie VScreen the moving labor better. One never responded, a second after I drove 5 hours to the pickup point told me they would be 90 minutes late.
Ronald KI picked up after hours so the keys were in the lock box. Great idea; however, I’m only 5’2” and the combo lock was so high up I could not read the combination. I had to take about 10 pictures with my phone and do the combo by feel. Would there be a way to lower the boxes?

Robert FI only have the storage because it came with my purchase. I don’t need it and after I don’t use it. It’s supposed to cancel!! Hopefully this is still the case!!

Dianne D | First ImpressionsAll around bad experience. Though Alayna the assistant manger was trying to make a wrong thing right. Other than that, it was a very poor experience. From the App failing multiple times, and because we had a lock on it (we picked up truck in a really bad neighborhood, didn’t know it at the time), they had a lock, which they called to ask why. We said it was y’all’s (U-Haul) that had put it on. Go to find out a new person was inspecting the return truck and he checked it back today (instead of last night) which is another story. So we got an invoice for another day. $78.63. As a mom of three littles moving from one state to another, which moving is stressful alone, but this experience from beginning to end was incredibly stressful and it made me not want rent again, and share my poor experience.
PETER SRecommend that your employees know when there is an issue with the equipment and correct it before releasing said equipment to the customer. I.e. offering a replacement

BRUCE LEverything nice neat clean. Very helpful. Smooth moving in. Location was perfect. The only thing and it could be just me. I wasn’t sure which door was the office. I saw boxes and a couple of other details just didn’t see office.
