I don't see nothing wrong in this establishment, since the first call to make the reservation a young lady went far a beyond and she was respectful, patient and helpful, to the young man in the counter who finish the rental, and also in the location at Leesburg the guy who received the trailer very helpful also. Overall excellente price and service, I don't use no one else but U-HAUL.

I used Uhaul years ago and my experience wasn't very good so never went back till I found this one. Very professional staff! Clean trucks very clean storage! Im moving all my storages to this location love it! Thank you Uhaul for helping make this a wonderful experience! Oh and the helper you referred me too? Omg so friendly and hard worker! Very happy with the service im gonna use him on all my other storage moves. Thanks again Uhaul!!

Jeremy was great! He helped me with my storage and trailer rental and explained everything in great detail. He was very professional and 1000% deserves a raise!!! Only thing I was improve is there is no return lane canopy installed!!! The parts for it are just sitting in front of the store, such an eye sore and confusing for customers when they come back to return equipment. Get it put up!!

Good morning, I am writing to formally document my experience regarding my rental of a 6’ x 12’ enclosed trailer on July 24, 2026, from Store #833072. My contract number is 76866675, and the trailer rented was Equipment #RV3778G. This rental involved multiple failures by U-Haul to provide the equipment and services for which I contracted and paid, as well as what appears to be the rental of equipment that was not in a safe and serviceable condition. Specifically: ● I rented and paid for a furniture dolly, yet I was provided a hand truck instead. The incorrect equipment was of little use and created an unnecessary inconvenience. I expect to be refunded for this charge. ● I rented and paid for 24 furniture pads, but upon arrival at my destination discovered that only 12 pads had been provided. I expect to be refunded for the equipment that was not supplied. ● More concerning, the trailer exhibited excessive bouncing throughout the trip at both city and highway speeds, indicating a potential mechanical defect involving the suspension, wheel, tire, or rim. A trailer exhibiting these characteristics should not be rented to the public until it has been thoroughly inspected and repaired. The most serious issue occurred upon my return home. At approximately 12:30 a.m., after arriving to unload the trailer, the rear door would not open despite the cargo being properly secured and positioned toward the front of the trailer. Because I could not safely leave the trailer loaded overnight and needed to return it the following morning, I was forced to seek emergency assistance. I waited until nearly 3:00 a.m. before someone arrived. Despite spending over an hour attempting to free the door, it was evident that the failure resulted from a defective door track or related mechanical issue—not from the manner in which the trailer had been loaded. Even after unloading, the door remained extremely difficult to operate, confirming that the defect continued to exist. As a direct result of U-Haul providing defective equipment, I lost several additional hours late into the night, experienced significant inconvenience, and was unnecessarily exposed to safety concerns that could have been avoided had the trailer been properly inspected and maintained. When I returned the trailer the following morning, I notified the employee of the incorrect dolly and the missing furniture pads. While I was advised that corrections would be made, I have received no confirmation that the matter has been resolved. Accordingly, I request the following: 1. A full refund for the furniture dolly rental. 2. A refund for the furniture pads that were paid for but not provided. 3. Confirmation that trailer RV3778G has been immediately removed from service pending inspection and repair. 4. Appropriate compensation for the substantial inconvenience, lost time, and the rental of equipment that was not fit for its intended purpose. Please consider this correspondence a formal request for resolution. If U-Haul believes the trailer was safe and in proper working condition at the time of rental, I request that all inspection, maintenance, and repair records for trailer RV3778G immediately before and after my rental be preserved. I expect a written response within 10 business days outlining the steps being taken to resolve this matter. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and professionally; however, I also expect U-Haul to take appropriate responsibility for providing equipment that was not delivered as contracted and that appears to have been mechanically deficient. The starting mileage was wrong. Their system was down and their app was too so checking out and in didn’t work. Final invoice didn’t come in until next day and it was wrong. The gal checking me in was in a rush and just says everything will come through on my app and she got in and drove away while I was in the process of asking her a question. The lines were long. Just not a good experience.

Everything was great, except the office seemed closed when we went to return the vehicle. There was a line waiting, but once they reopened, it went smoothly. I think they were just overwhelmed with the number of people who showed up at the same time. For a truck with over 129,000 miles, it was super clean and drove well, like a new vehicle. Cold AC, great on a 100 degree day!

Have someone inspect the trucks before renting. Truck was dirty with animal hair, engine light was on, chipped windshield, ignition key switch was falling out. Unbelievable!!! Paperwork said full tank of gas but was only three quarters.

I was supposed to get 48 blankets got 2 wrapped bundles, I asked if that was my 48 blankets and the young lady nodded yes, I didn’t think to double check but it was only 12, my son in law said we were short as we started packing the truck but thought nothing about it as we were going gangbusters loading, of course after unloading, and returning the truck I received a phone call saying we were short of blankets, we returned 12(2 bundles)and got charged for the rest missing, I didn’t get them, I told Mike that I understood his point (said I had) so they were missing, I paid for them as I just wanted to get down the road and move into my new house. At first I was upset, but it was my fault for not double checking. I thought 2 bundles looked strange but never checked.

Excellent!! Manager John and his entire staff were extremely helpful. One young lady came out and helped me remove the trailer from the truck and back it up to the building. I was there most of the day and needed to go back in for many things and they were always happy to help and very friendly.

Above pick up was not my original pickup location it was changed. My pick-up was for 9am, the facility opened at 8:30. When I arrived at 9:05 no one was there. I called the number with no response. Called U-Haul and had to drive an additional 35min to pick up my trailer and 35min back. Was not happy at all.

The previous rental customer hauled construction debris with lots of nails, screws that were left in the trailer. If you use a trailer for this type of job clean it up. U-haul needs to police this as the next rental customer drives down the road and the debris fall on the road and a driver has unexpected tire issues

They didn’t pack all of my belongings, when they first got here, they informed me to “pack all of the smaller bags in your vehicle” to avoid packing it into into the truck. Once we arrived at my unloading location, there we sweat all over my floor and they broke MULTIPLE items. They broke 4 of my bookcases and didn’t say anything about it. They also arrived an hour late, the owner said the origin crew got “into an accident” but I truly don’t believe that, the owner originally said the movers were in traffic then 30 minutes later, they were in an accident. I would not recommend this service.

The older white guy I didn’t catch his name but he was so freaking rude to my wife. His attitude was ridiculous. When a customer ask do you have a van available,your first response shouldn’t be “did you see one out there”. The girls working thank you and I hope that was not your manager because if he treats customers like that I can’t imagine how he treats you guys. Real tough guy.

The truck had pre existing front end damage that allowed a front wheel to scrape loudly on the inside of the bumper when the wheel was turned all the way to one side.

The return was the worst part of my uhaul trip. There was no way to know where to drop the equipment, no receipt to show you dropped it off, in the app it showed my equipment hadn’t been and was overdue when both truck and trailer were dropped earlier than time on contract. The truck was 24 hours early. Everything and everyone was so far above 100% on the whole rental it was sad to have it end like it did.

Very pleased with everything. Bought several packing/moving items. However I did not realize how antiquated the cab of the trucks were specifically, roll up windows,hand adjust outside mirrors,locking of doors and no cruise ctl. I am a solo driver with a dog and needed to stop at rest areas and go around to lock/unlock doors, adj windows etc . Otherwise truck drove fine!

I rented a 10x20 when we got to the facility they gave us (2) 10x10. When we went to the office to explain that we needed a 10x20 they would not come to the door to see what the problem was. When I explained the problem, they would not do anything about it. We were forced to go to Istorage & rent another unit. I finally got moved & closed my account. They still have not even said they were sorry. I would not recommend this company. The failure to answer our knock that night cost me hundreds of dollars.

No electric outlet in storage unit - means no ability to run a floor fan when our "climate controlled" unit was not adequately climate-controlled. Also, no lighting within the unit made sorting through contents of our boxes made difficult and tiring. Staff great! Carts and hand trucks helpful. Probably would choose typical, ground access facility in the future for short-tme storage and need to work in the unit.

It is super clean, well lit and secure, from the check-in process to the close out process it was very smooth. Unit was too small for my 6'x12" Trailer. Had to bring alot back to my Air BNB. Could not squeeze one more item in. I do not understand how they think you can get a 6x12 FULL trailer into a 5x5 space?? Just CRAZY. NO WAY.

First time access to unit was annoying. 1- had no idea needed to go first to another key pad to register in before going to the ones next to access doors. 2- I was under the impression that storage units could be accessed 24/7 but that wasn't the case. 3- Access process is still kind of annoying.
