Also, no lighting within the unit made sorting through contents of our boxes made difficult and tiring. Staff great! Carts and hand trucks helpful. Probably would choose typical, ground access facility in the future for short-tme storage and need to work in the unit.

It is super clean, well lit and secure, from the check-in process to the close out process it was very smooth. Customer service was excellent and employees all looked very happy to help and looked happy to be there. We also dropped our one way trailer off and also rented a local truck to use. The drop process was so easy and the pickup process was fast. The truck was very clean inside. A very well run facility!
