The previous rental customer hauled construction debris with lots of nails, screws that were left in the trailer. If you use a trailer for this type of job clean it up. U-haul needs to police this as the next rental customer drives down the road and the debris fall on the road and a driver has unexpected tire issues

JASON CThey didn’t pack all of my belongings, when they first got here, they informed me to “pack all of the smaller bags in your vehicle” to avoid packing it into into the truck. Once we arrived at my unloading location, there we sweat all over my floor and they broke MULTIPLE items. They broke 4 of my bookcases and didn’t say anything about it. They also arrived an hour late, the owner said the origin crew got “into an accident” but I truly don’t believe that, the owner originally said the movers were in traffic then 30 minutes later, they were in an accident. I would not recommend this service.

When a customer ask do you have a van available,your first response shouldn’t be “did you see one out there”. The girls working thank you and I hope that was not your manager because if he treats customers like that I can’t imagine how he treats you guys. Real tough guy.

There was no way to know where to drop the equipment, no receipt to show you dropped it off, in the app it showed my equipment hadn’t been and was overdue when both truck and trailer were dropped earlier than time on contract. The truck was 24 hours early. Everything and everyone was so far above 100% on the whole rental it was sad to have it end like it did.

Returned back to U-Haul which required a truck change. 6 hrs later sitting, waiting @ the U-Haul location for help to reload was told it would be the next day. Missing our Appt's @ the Title co.& unload company we finally made it to our destination with no compensation offered. Terrible customer relations, very disappointed.

Nina BHOWEVER-we were told (by the Bushnell manager- Jerrod) we could drop off closer to our home. We went to the location at 1011 N Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34475 and a woman employee REFUSED to allow us to drop the truck there. She said we HAD to go to the location on our text -because that location NEEDED this truck. But 6615 SW 200 location probably had over 50 of the same trucks on their very large lot and explained -no they were not waiting on this truck. This cost additional time and mileage and was 25 miles from our home. The location On. 1011 Pine is 11 miles from our home. The employee at 1011 N. Pine was EXTREMELY RUDE. The manager at 6615 SW HWY 200 was very accommodating and her staff was polite.

However I did not realize how antiquated the cab of the trucks were specifically, roll up windows,hand adjust outside mirrors,locking of doors and no cruise ctl. I am a solo driver with a dog and needed to stop at rest areas and go around to lock/unlock doors, adj windows etc . Otherwise truck drove fine!

Traveler WDatabase discrepancy between mileage/gas gauge level printed on the contract and the actual gas/mileage observed on the truck. The Uhaul Manager reprinted the contract with the correct amounts, so we're good. The air-conditioning on the truck was non-existent. Excellent equipment with excellent maintenance - keep up the good work!

tracy dI rented a 10x20 when we got to the facility they gave us (2) 10x10. When we went to the office to explain that we needed a 10x20 they would not come to the door to see what the problem was. When I explained the problem, they would not do anything about it. We were forced to go to Istorage & rent another unit. I finally got moved & closed my account. They still have not even said they were sorry. I would not recommend this company. The failure to answer our knock that night cost me hundreds of dollars.
