A Uhaul employee jack knife a trailer into my car damaging it. I cannot get anyone from Uhaul to respond after the manager at the Uhaul location told me it would be repaired.

No improvement. Anthonio Chism was awesome. They were very busy. He was literally handling 4 different thing at the same time while staying friendly and not getting frazzled. Excellent customer service!

For the most part, the equipment was well maintained. However, two of the "tie down" hooks were damaged. The one on the right bottom side about midway was missing. The left front one was damaged and sustained additional damage when I used the trailer. The weight of what was tied pulled it further from its mooring point on one side. I suggest stronger tie-down points for the 5x8 enclosed trailer. I'd like to commend Antony or Antonio at the Vestavia Hills site for always exhibiting excellent customer service.

This was the fastest install! My appointment was at 9am and I arrived about 20 minutes early. I was finished and checking out before it even reached my appointment time. The employees I spoke to were all very pleasant as well. 10 out 10 would recommend!

Don’t charge for gas when I filled to level it was when I left. $8.50 but the principle…should be able to check in with associate rather than leaving it and screwing me at the end.

The Store was supposed to open at 9. No one showed until 9:45. I had movers scheduled, so now we are out double the money for movers because of how long it took for the person who showed at 9:45 to help us. Both employees who came took personal phone calls on their cell phones while assisting customers who had been waiting an hour for the store to open up. My first month of storage was supposed to be free per the promo and the employee charged me and then informed me there was nothing she could ro and I would have to come back next month if I got billed then. When we came back in after unloading to return the truck, an employee was sitting behind the desk on a stool sleeping. My husband got a picture of this. Unprofessional, untimely, rude.

Storage facility was frustrating experience, every visit, due to extremely limited (motion sensor) hallway lighting, always hard to come on & only stayed on for 10 min max. Zero lights in storage unit

Every time I went to access my storage unit the main door was locked. I would then have to go into the office and wait for someone to come unlock the door which was usually about five minutes.

Rented Ubox delivered to my home in June.Called 1st of October to have it picked up.Picked up Dec. 6th.We moved to WA. Been charged 2 months for a Ubox no longer in use. Poor customer service.

Someone from uHaul put a padlock on my uHaul u-Box and nobody knew where the key was. They were extremely unhelpful and told me I had to get the lock off myself before they came to pick up the box
