The Uhaul truck and trailer were fine, but when I went to drop them off I found the they had been scheduled for two separate drop off locations. Also I was unable to use the app to extend my rental time so I ended up being late.

Had reservation #24993537 weeks ahead, received several reminders, to pick up on July 23 between 10AM- 4:30PM. I showed up at 3pm, agent couldn't find reservation, then discovered it had been cancelled at 9:30am July 23rd - earlieer than the reservation by someone at the pick-up point!! Fortunately a Cargo van was in house and available - the estimated invoice included a $60 charge which I didn't ask for - finally corrected estimated charges - I returned the van the next day the 24th earlier than expected, final charges were corrected -for a one day rental.

App kept crashing. Return of vehicle was very frustrating. The lock box was unlocked so I went inside and the attendant was rude and told me to unpack the vehicle and bring it back around so they can clean it. What is the point of using the app to return equipment if I have to go thru a different process

This location is a great example of what U-Haul is supposed to be. Excellent check out and check in service. These guys know what they're doing. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the new high tech smart phone crap, but I will try to learn it before my next rental in about a month. I hope I get that same truck. It was almost new and worked great. Five Stars !!

Staff were excellent and the trailer towed well with no issues. There does seem to be a need to have more small trailers in the fleet though.

The customer service person was friendly and processed my reservation quickly. However, I was waiting for quite a bit before someone could even come in to see me. I suspect because they are doing 3 or 4 other jobs because you understaffed the location. For that reason I would be reluctant to recommend the location. The wait times are far too long.

Fix your APP. It is very unreliable for something that is used as the Primary Rental and Return method. The APP failed to correctly enter information multiple times during the checkout and would not accept the information at all during the return. Repeatedly(3 times) would enter the return The service and friendliness of onsite personnel was outstanding.

It was a shit show getting in or out of the location. It was so chaotic I couldn't even figure out what to do. The guy behind the counter could have cared less. He gave us the keys and the wrong spot number so we had to find our truck ourselves. Then the chrck engine light was on as soon as we turned it on.

Tayla keeps a tight ship and is very courteous. What she could not have known is how horribly out of balance the wheels are on the motorcycle trailer. Vibrated my vehicle the 3 hours to Mansfield PA and even under load, the resulting vibrations resulted in a check engine light popping up on my dash on my return trip. My mechanic states it vibrated the engine control module so much it read the vibrations as if there was a collision! Service was fantastic; equipment not so much.

That trailer, when not on a flat surface , can have a flaw where the tailgate pins don't align... It's because of the repairs done on that unit. The tailgate also drops way too low which sucks... Floor is rusted and coming apart down the middle. This trailer really should just be auctioned off.

My U-Haul technician was awesome. She was friendly, efficient and professional and explained everything to me and showed me how to hook up the trailer and all about the locks. On my return, the technician was equally friendly, efficient and professional. He helped the return process to be very easy and fast. I would recommend everyone I know to use this location for U-Haul. I had a perfect experience so I don’t have any suggestions for improvement.

Everything was super easy peasy. With that being said, on a Saturday morning you should have two employees working. The poor girl handled more than 15 different pick ups all by herself at the highest pick up time in the AM. I felt bad for her and for the customers.

The pickup app did not work. It stalled on verifying my information. If there was not a person there to help it would have been an issue. The man working was kind, knowledgeable and got me on the road.
