I called with a couple of observations regarding the van that I rented before I brought it back, Customer service advisor was very detailed and patient when explaining The answer to a question that I had about the van and regarding mileage and gas in the tank @ time of pickup, to me. I thought he did a great job because I'm sure that sometimes customers can be aggravating and annoying and I might have come across a little bit that way, but he handled it with ultimate professionalism and I appreciated his quality customer service skills.

Alan GYou shouldn’t endorse outside Movers. It ruins your reputation. They didn’t show even thou I confirm that morning and then called when they didn’t show and was told they were almost there and after 2hrs of them not showing calling again to be told they will send a new guy but only 1 even thou I reserved 2 movers. After 1 hr more of this same guy not showing I called again and they said they were on their way. NEVER arrived!! I had to move it all by myself and I’m 64 and the lady that helped me is 55 and over weight and outa shape!!!! They make Uhaul look bad.
