This was one of the worst experiences. To have a flat tire and problem with the wheel 1/2 thru my journey was awful. Im disappointed I was given a truck that was not inspected and maintained prior to renting it. I had to wait and be stranded for most of the day. First someone comes to repair the tire and then tells me its unsafe to drive. Then i Have to wait for a tow to get to uhaul. Then i have to wait hours for someone to come to unload the truck and reload it onto another. In this process some things were damaged, I had to then pay for a hotel and food for the night. I had to rescheudle my unloaders because I wouldnt be there in time. I called into uhaul to report all of this and you know what they did. They gave me a $50 credit. How insulting!!! This in no way covers my time and anguish on the road, my food and my hotel stay. Shame on Uhaul I will not be renting again

When I arrived there were 3 people at the counter and 1 of them was assisting a guest. After about 10 minutes later Zhanae in the middle called me up. She was not welcoming and seem like she was bothered to be helping me. While in the middle of assisting me she then answers the phone and is assisting the customer on the phone for about 5 minutes. As someone who is in hospitality you do not stop assisting the guest in front of you to assist someone on the phone for about 5 minutes. You can ask the person on the phone to be placed on a brief hold while you assist the guest in front of you. Then she inconvenience me with the news that the 10ft truck that I reserved was not available. I'm trying to ask what you mean I had a confirmation that I was all set and that uhaul would give me $50 If didnt get what I reserved. I asked her is not available? She said I have to pick something else with attitude. I asked i have to pick something else and she said "yes" with the nastiest attitude and I know her co workers heard. I was about to ask "is there a problem" but I didnt because I knew arguing wouldn't do anything good. I just looked at her name tag to get her name. She even quoted me a higher rate even though I did all this process and check in online. Zhanae had an attitude and was rude through the process and i'm the one that was being inconvenienced. Zhanae had no empathy or patience. If you dont want to work zhanae then you shouldn't come to work with a nasty attitude to customers. This was also my first time renting a truck with uhaul. What a terrible experience.

The steering wheel, seats, interior overall needs a good wipe down, I can could feel the caked on dirt/scum. My hands were visibly dirty after driving. The back door was hard to open, may need some wd40 or something for easier handling.

shanita aI was overcharged a late fee when the trailer was picked up at 1pm and returned at 3:30pm the same day. When I brought this to the attention of the reps I was met with hostility and ultimately being berated and cursed at. I simply wanted what was fair and a refund for the overpayment they charged me. I ultimately contacted customer service who assured. But even when on the phone with customer service the rep called and got an attitude because I was reporting her behavior to the representative to file a claim. I usually don’t even do ratings, but this was unprofessional behavior. I understand people may have bad days, but do not bring that to your place of employment especially when you are in the customer service business. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location in the future.
Lionel NThere was only one person there. The truck had not been put in front of the office for my inspection or the Uhaul to look over the vehicle to itemize any existing scratches. I had find the truck myself. I had to wander around the lot looking for the truck. It was filthy. It was squeezed between other trucks. Please follow up with an email from your company. I was told I HAD change my reservation from a smaller truck to a bigger truck because my reservation to keep the truck was over 8 hours! That’s was false information. These people are money hungry and on top of that they charge me for a dolly i didn’t even use.

MIGLANSO ADrop off was complete trash! If you all know your closing please make other arrangements so people can easily drop off your keys. This lock box is of no help and it’s highly irritating because I have the app telling me to expect a text but yet none!
