Casandra DThey did not provide an automotive trailer despite saying they had one. The two “boys“ who set up the trailer for me did not know how to do it. I traveled 400 miles with my car, not being tied down and secured the way that it should have been. It literally was not tied down. A car accident could’ve easily happened. When trying to drop off my trailers and truck, you advertised two sites and Ridgeland mississippi that no longer exist. This was easily the worst experience that I’ve ever had running a vehicle.

Luis HFor gas heavily charged - it is the problem with the way they functioned it when asked about it. Used it for 50 miles and had to fill $40 gas, this is so astonishing and would not do it again. The response was go and ask UHaUL

Thompson HHey, I had a wonderful experience at U-Haul. It was very inexpensive. The truck drove really good. I got everything in the truck that I needed in one run got it back in time same place. The people are friendly helpful and overall I go back again.
linda hMy only complaint is you rented me a truck that was 20 miles till empty with the check engine light on. It claimed, on the contract, it was 1/4 tank, if you're trying to get stuff done quick stopping for gas as your first priority is not helpful. When I commented on it when I returned they told me too bad...

Julie LI did not get a chance to meet anyone or see the facility, so an opinion can't be formulated over cleanliness and courtesy, as we turned in the vehicle after hours. I don't like being charged $22 for after hours services when no one was there to service it after hours. Therefore, I can't say that they under or over performed and I'm not %100 sure how clean the facility really is. I just refuse to give a bad review based on a fee, or a good review since it was after hours and we pretty much serviced ourselves.

James LFirst ànd last time renting a truck from U-Haul EVER! . Used a truck for 2 days but got charged for 3 days because I didn’t advice them that à day is 24 hours who knew right. Got a truck with 43miles left on tank, I returned truck with 60 miles left. They still wanted to charge me for gas because tank wasn’t at à quarter when I never received the truck with a quarter tank myself. The reason for renting a truck was to move my tool box to my new job, they wanted to charged me for not sweeping the box truck when I had gotten the truck unswept, returned truck as I received truck. À Tool box does not create a mess. They wanted me to do their jobs for them by taking pics of gas gauge and box and sweep. I was never informed I was the one needing to do that for them. After all this one of the employee parked right behind us 5 mins before taking off with my ride after dropping of truck ànd refused to move their car after kindly asking. Received an attitude from employee, I didn’t feel like my business was welcomed. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. Would never recommend to friends or family. I will warn them of the mistreatment they will receive. Was appalled by experience. With 4 employees working in a small location at the time they still couldn’t do their jobs right. Was also forgetting to mention that I had to hunt down the employee when ever I was trying to make the reservation. Place was empty,after finding him he didn’t mention a word ànd looked frustrated for having to do his job. If I could would put ZERO stars. Things to improve on? Everything
Emmanuel GBoth of these locations are large and well setup. I have had very bad experiences with small unstaffed locations with limited parking. This has always been great.

Vicor PYall again changed the drop off on me and I had to spend a lot on gas in total. I chose a location because it was close but yall made me pick another one farther away after I picked up the truck. Overall I am going to avoid doing business with uhaul in the future because they don’t honor the reservation. I will be telling my friends to avoid uhaul as well

Wanda JWe received a truck that had its gas light on upon pickup with 44 miles left to empty. The truck also had its check engine light on and the steering wheel looked as if you were turning left when trying to drive straight. Overall poorly kept truck and again no gas was left in it. I’m happy to provide photos if needed.
Austin SI only drove 18 miles and refueled the truck with 2 gallons of gas, but I was still charged an additional $30. Could you please explain why this extra charge was added?

Jackie SCompletely chaotic experience picking up our truck. Only one person in the office seemed to know what she was doing. Other employees were more interested in what they were going to have for lunch. I arrived with no paperwork to show the drop off company. Go to a different location if at all possible.
jennifer lWhen I first arrived I was greeted with “check out your truck on the app” then the employee ran out the door. Well I was picking up a motorcycle trailer to assist a friend who was stranded. So I waited for them to return. But I lost my place in line due to the confusion. But I rose above and was still polite to the employees. I smiled and told them all to have a blessed day. BUT if you would let them know that if an individual is picking up a trailer and NOT a truck to find that info out before spouting something to customers before running away it would go a LONG way! Thank you.

I had to hang up and call a different number and guy was so nice and went out his way to explain every single detail on how everything was set up and works. His name was FarHan very nice guy.

Cynthia BWe rented 2 trucks here and had an issue once we got to our moving location. Someone had stolen a section of the muffler off (catalytic converter)the truck. While I took issue with the service person that came out (he spoke no English and I had to talk to his supervisor on the phone to advise the issue and then the tech left without telling me what the issue was or next steps). Angeliq at the Ferguson location helped me each time I had an issue with roadside services. At one point roadside services sent us to another uhaul site on Iriving st. To swap uhauls and the representative there was clueless on how to do the computer transaction so I called Angeliq at the Ferguson road location again. She was able to guide the store attendant and myself on next steps and she made a very long hard day bearable. Her customer was top notch and so was her coworker at the same location. She treated me with respect and was very empathetic to our situation when uhauls truck and the roadside services company failed.
KENDALL DRestroom was out of order. A dolley we preordered was not available at this location but agent located a small dolley that could be swapped. Service was excellent.

James LI made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
