The young man I dealt with this time I do believe was I would rate excellent I've always given very good but this gentleman was extremely courteous and polite and all year employees should act like this young man did.

Ben was friendly and polite when I picked up the truck. I think he is the first to explain the gauge on the contract for the fuel, and how to return it without overfilling more than what I used. I’ve rented U-Hauls for a lot of years and I never knew about this. When I returned the truck the next day there was a woman helping a customer outside when I drove up. I didn’t see her name, but she was friendly and welcoming. Ben looked like he was just starting his shift and he also helped again with checking the truck in. The two employees I interacted with are doing a nice job for your business and definitely worth keeping around.

MICHELLE ODid you know that the road construction going on in front of this site means that you can only approach this location in one direction? It would be nice if that was noted somewhere. For the record one needs to come from the west to enter this location. Feel free to let others know.

MICHAEL PThis is a complete scam. They charged me an additional $160 for damage without notifying me. I had to call and was transferred around four or five times; I left several messages, and no one could tell me what the additional fee was. I then had to call the location three times before anyone answered, and finally I received an explanation for the additional fee. I was told I should have taken pictures of the vehicle before using it, although that wasn't discussed when I got the keys, and I never received the text message they claimed was used to complete this process.

Nicholas PEven though I reserved this rental it was not available. I set a location they called me the day prior to move locations. That morning I went to the new location that I was contacted to go to instead of my preferred location. When I showed up to that location they then told me the UHAUL was not at that location… i got sent to another location, when I got to this location they did not have the moving furniture I needed and I got sent to another location. Horrible.

JOHN DEmployee Ben at the Grant location went above and beyond to help me get a cargo van rental after my horrible experience with Ray or Roy over at the Speedway location who accused me of forcing open the "locked" doors to gain access and break into the premises. I do NOT recommend using the Speedway location and should of taken others experiences a more than lightly. I am glad the Grant location and other locations I have visited prior too have such amazing customer service.
