RACHAEL bWe had a good experience at first…super nice and got us situated. until we got a flat tire on the trailer and realized the tire was completely bald. We not only lost 2 hours of our time waiting for someone to come fix it, we were also put in danger by allowing us to drive across the country with an unstable tire. I paid a lot of money to make this move and I expected the truck and tow to be in working condition to make it safely across the thousand + miles we had to go. Disappointed that uhaul doesn’t value our safety and would allow us to leave with a tire like that.

And I brought the truck back at 4: 35 and I didn't have to have it back until 5 o'clock . Sometime a business can hurt itself. By doing things like this

Edward DI was actually a bit confused— or surprised; I went looking for a "10" vehicle that was on special for $19.99. I returned it the same day and only used it to pick up a TV from Sam's and bring it home— from Marietta to Smyrna— and then I returned the vehicle. Yet, in the end, I was charged over $71.00. I’ve rented before, and this has never happened.

Mustapha OI had a 7:00 AM appointment, but the employee did not arrive to open the business until 7:05 AM. He was not friendly. No hello, no good morning, nothing. Once I was assisted, there were discrepancies with my order. The furniture pads, appliance hand truck, and other items I requested were not initially provided. After returning to my location, I realized I had not received the furniture pads and went back to the store. The employee gave me the pads, but I later decided I only wanted to purchase one. Unfortunately, he was unable to remove the $10 charge for the pads from my receipt and told me I would have to wait for the manager to arrive to make the adjustment. The condition of the van was also very disappointing. It smelled strongly of smoke, there were ashes in the cup holder, French fries on the floor, and even flies inside the vehicle. Overall, it was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. In addition, the van made a strange noise whenever I stopped at a light or put it in park, which was concerning. When I returned the van, the employee who checked the mileage and fuel level was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, my overall experience was negative. Between the late opening, issues with my order, and the dirty vehicle, I would not return to this location unless significant improvements are made.

RuthAnne BHave equipment as promised. I rented 2 hand trucks as we were moving out of a high rise . None were at location.. The store clerks were both super friendly and called a nearby store with no luck. So on move in day which is always hectic and stressful with a time frame to move out, my only option was to purchase a hand truck which I did for $80. I understand customers fail to return equipment but there needs to be a better system in place. At a minimum offer a deep discount on a purchase but better yet have more rental available.

He managed to assist us with loading our vehicle, guiding me onto the ramp and trying to help other customers all at the same time. He provided us excellent customer service definitely all fives.
